With Reno about to be cycle out, Highlander Priest will need some sort of recover cards. This card will allow Priest more tools against Aggro deck with 5 Health recovery and a Holy Smite for removal. Additionally, it is flexible enough for combo with cards like Auchenai Soulpriest and not become useless when your opponent used obscure combos like Beneath the Grounds.
Balance: Compare with Flash Heal, with the Reno effect to encourage building the deck around it.
Well, i decided to make a "Corrupted Reno" without him being really corrupted (he doesnt deserve that! :D).
Reno will go away soon, on a new adventure, so i thought Reno, Serial Adventurer would be a nice name.
What's this Reno's Ring? A ring he forgot with us in Standard when he went away in the search for new treasures...
I decided to go for the healing theme because without proper healings, the "no duplicate" theme is not a viable option except for priest, who has access to healing starting with his hero power.
If this minion is in your deck, it makes your mulligan phase different: insted of the typical 3-4 cards hand replacing any number of them, it reveals 8 random cards from your deck, and you choose 3-4 (if you begin the match or not) from them, and that would be your starting hand. The objective of this card is to make your initial hand more consistent through giving you more choices. I think is a cool way to solve a common problem of Reno decks, that is having a less consistent starting hand than a normal deck.
Why those stats? Once the effect is granted, is a vanilla card just deppending on his stats. 1-cost minons are rarelly seen on Reno decks, so I made this cost 1 to have a minion to play on turn 1, but trying not to have too much impact on the board (1/3 or 2/1), helping against small early minions too.
Potentially allows for highlander effects in a deck with duplicates, giving more consistency to the deck but taking it away from the highlander cards, since you would need to wait until you can play it with a Carbon Concealer to have the effect activate.
Reno has proven to be a very powerful card against aggro decks. I wanted to capture that same advantage but make it more powerful against other slow control decks. I also always like the idea of a Reno dragon card after the theory on reddit a while back. I see this being a great addition to Priest and Warlock Reno decks who can last into the late game longer via Lord Jaraxxus and Raza the Chained. In addition as a 4/15 I think he may be of value in other dragon decks due to his massive health, kind of like when Jaraxxus gets played from a Voidcaller or Krul the Unshackled.
Novice Engineer draws a card when it's played. Loot Hoarder draws a card when it dies. But what if you could draw a card BEFORE the minion is even drawn? This card does just that. And although it's stat line seems powerful for its effect, just remember that:
1.It's a legendary
2. It must be in a highlander deck
3. It is an understatted minion that does nothing when played. It's actually better if you don't draw it!
Overall, a great card for any deck; As many people know, card advantage like this can change the game. It is especially useful in handlock for that extra card and could even be used in a singleton aggro list! Not to mention the countless other decks it could fit into.
If it wasn't clear you shuffle a copy of either your opponent's or your deck into your deck. This basically turns a Highlander deck into a normal deck if you choose your own. You get a much larger deck, so you won't Fatigue, but you can't use any more Highlander cards.
3) For the fact that he shuffles himself back into the deck (so does his duplicates), he will eventually stop working until you draw one of them. I actually kind of like this because you can't just shove this card into a deck with any of the other non-duplicate cards cause they might not work, plus you are left with a pretty good board state. I believe this card forces players to verge from the mainstream non-duplicate type decks and makes them think of new ones because you can't use him in the mainstream decks, adding a bit more diversity to Hearthstone.

Woops, wrong topic. Ment for discussion.
My submission for the week:

Edit: Adjust the rarity.

Greatness, at any cost.

(I swear I didn't see sashasepto entry before creating the card, but I will understand in case I'm disqualified).

With great power comes great pink beards.

No Reno means no heal early, so we need anti-aggro earlier.

FYI: Works after mulligan, just like Prince Malchezaar.
