hey guys and gals, I don't normally ask for crafting advice because my priority list is pretty much in order but I pulled Lord J today which changes things a bit for me. Next on my list to craft was Antonidas but I would still need to craft blocks and 1x doomsayer for freeze while Malganis immediately completes my demon Handlock, demon zoo and other variations of demon decks.
The only reason I put off tony this long was that my mage is golden, but so is my warlock soo...what do you guys think? I think zoo is on the upswing right now (tier 1 according to tempo storm) and Handlock has always been a favorite of mine but mage might be my favorite class overall. I am leaning towards malganis now but a lucky pack threw a monkey wrench in my plans. Thanks in advance for your opinions.
Freeze Mage is doing pretty well right now, bad matchups with Control Warrior and Combo Druid and 55/45 against Secret Pally. But you lack the necessary dust so you say to finish the deck.
Demon Handlock is decent now with lack of Patron on ladder, but it is still a good deck. But I would craft Mal'Ganis simply for Demon Zoo. Demon Zoo is sick right now with Dark Peddlar and does well across the board, IMO. Except maybe Handlock lmao.
TL:DR - Get Mal'Ganis first because you can use him right away and the decks to use him in are ~tier 2
Thanks for both of your opinions. It would only take a week or so to get the dust to finish off freeze but I agree that Reno and brann/healbot combo weaken it a bit. Tony also opens up a variety of tempo/casino decks which I love but I'm still leaning towards malganis for many of the reasons already stated.
More opinions are certainly welcome before I make up my mind, I have no problem with patience, that's why I have the dust to begin with.
Malganis would win 100%, what a silly question. While Antonidas chants the pyroblast, Malganis impales him wih his horns though Antonidas's ass, penetrating the Ice Block.
really? I was under the impression that ice block makes you immune to all damage, including, but not limited to, rectal penetration. I could be wrong though, it seems you thought about this more than me. Great response regardless!
Mal'Ganis I'd say. Not only for the considerations above, but also because Mal'Ganis comes from GvG while Antonidas comes from Classic. You get Classic packs each week indefinitely, while you can only get GvG if you happen to get it from Arena (higher % you get TGT packs instead) or buy it from the shop.

Super tough, IMO.

Freeze is now in a big problem since reno reverts the affect of alex.
So iwould advice malganis.

Sorry for bumping but I figured I'd catch any evening visitors to the site. Thanks again for the opinions.
Demon Handlock is infinitely more fun (for both players even!) than freeze mage.

If you got the coin, the Mercenaries get going. Vote for The Mercenary for CCC #3.
How did you manage to get golden on both heroes without those powerful legendaries O.O
Mal is not important in Demon Handlock, he is crucial and funny on a demon zoo deck tho'
