Can be funny for casual play, but never ever will it see competitive play. You MUST control what will happen with every hit of your weapons as a control warrior. So, death's bite is still the MVP weapon.
And it is Gold. Blizzards not cocky enough to show them in gold.
It is a real card summoned with the legendary somethingtron which gives random weapon for both heroes. I saw it in a gameplay video. The card itself is terrible.

The card is Blingtron 3000 and summons a weapon for each player. In a montage got the mage this warrior weapon. All weapons given by that minion will be golden. It's not clear, if it's a warrior weapon, but it's most likely because of the design and the name "Ogre Warmaul".
it is a warrior weapon. The real card has a red ribbion (this one has white as its a card template)
Somewhat interesting, as it has a chance to bypass conceals or taunts, but this card won't see Constructed play. It will probably actually be a good Arena pick due to the weapon stat value and the fact that at worst it is 3 mana for 8 damage to the face (If it chooses to switch off a minion both times). And if your Warrior draft is low on weapons you'll be glad to have it for sure.
This is a good weapon for an aggro warrior deck. It's cheap and powerfull.
If hitting face while controlling the board is important you can shoot for the best target, then if it misses you can use minions or spells to fix the situation.
Although I can't see control warrior using it. The times when you need to hit minion and hit face or end up hitting a high attack minion present a risk too high to afford.
Pretty sure this is my least favorite of the new cards, especially if it's a Warrior card. It's not bad, even good since there will be many opportunities to use it where there will be no wrong hits. It's only good because weapons are good though. Even with an ability, it's not unique like Sword of Justice or Eaglehorn Bow. It's also in the class surrounded by good weapons and needs it the least.
The ability seems more annoying than fun. The 4/2 weapon for 3 mana isn't even overcosted and it still gets a negative ability. It's not like the new Pilotted Mechs where things could go incredibly right or horribly wrong. Things could just go wrong, and if it does hit the right target, it does exactly what it needed to do in the first place.
The white ribbon is the color of the ribbon on golden Rogue weapons. The warrior's gold weapon ribbons are red. Paladin's ribbons are yellow, hunter's are green, and shaman's are blue. This leads me to believe that this weapon is the Rogue's.
Edit: NEUTRAL golden cards have the same white/grey ribbon, so this weapon actually might be a neutral weapon.l
The following is a Warrior card
Another Card in The Randomness Bucket!
Funny card. Kinda confusing when it comes to attacking / choosing a specific target !

Looks like a Paladin card, not a Warrior card. Still, not disagreeing with you about its value.
What's the source of this spoiler card? Do we know if it's genuine?
Looks home made. The art seems kinda crap :(

Blingtron 3000
Alright I get it. It is real and only gold because of Blingtron 3000 summons gold's.
Now that I know it is real it is terrible.

Possibly good in a pirate deck as another early game weapon.
Well considering this could hit a concealed auctioneer...
I agree with Sitrax, the card has some interesting conditional effects - like having a chance to bypass Stealth or Taunt.
I don't think it would have much of a place in a weapon deck, but I could see it as a tech card in other types of Warrior deck.
EDIT: Opps I just saw a game play video with this weapon on it.

Is it confirmed to be a warrior card? I thought it was exclusively one of the weapons that you can get via the new legendary card.

The art is from the video (hence low resolution). The rest of the card is just a mockup (hence the wrong ribbon colour).
