My reading on the deck, and my experiences fighting it say that Houndmaster Shaw isn't that vital. He hasn't swung any games that I've seen thus far. But I have considered crafting Kathrena Winterwisp to play the deck.

A never-Legend Dad who keeps making rank 2 or 1, but then sliding.
Rumbling around Gurubashi Arena. Shirvallah is the best loa. Go Tigers!
Is mostly a tech against aggro, really strong if it survives against paladins, and a must kill if you want to keep board control. That being said, it isn't a must have. You can maybe replace it with Unleash the Hounds
I find him very useful in a number of Hunter builds. wouldn't call him essential though.
He can help a lot if he sticks around since you sometimes get to trade Oozelings immediately which can allows for game winning swings, and at worst he usually eats up removal.
If you can spare the dust and like to play different Hunter decks he's not a bad choice, but he isn't "core"
Out of all of the games I've played or played against with Recruit huntard I think I've only seen him REALLY affect the game once. That's over dozens of games. So no I would say he's replaceable.
Houndmaster doesn't have enough support in standard to warrant it now, however all it will take it is a couple over-statted minions and you'll see this guy again because the stats are fantastic for a midrange deck.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Houndmaster Shaw isn't core to the deck, but he really comes in clutch in a lot of instances so I think he is a solid card in the deck. Spellbreaker is a viable replacement like others have mentioned before.

Is this card core of recruit hunter ? Should i craft it or can i replace that ?
Houndmaster Shaw, he's not so core, too many flaws, leaves you wanting more.
Surely a tundra rhino is pretty similar?
You want to cheat out Charged Devilsaurs not Tundra Rhinos

Not required, Spellbreaker is a good choice
