My son always gets a kick out of one of my minions (or the opponents) being turned into a "Froggy". He's gonna love this this art. Perhaps he wont ask to see "Hello, Hello, Hello!" anymore. :))
Seems pretty crappy. Many Shaman spells are garbage and a 0/1 taunt is nearly useless, especially on turn 1. You're basically replacing a card in your deck with a random Shaman spell that costs 1 more, which is terrible.
Also, this creates really degenerate 100% RNG gameplay which is just not fun. They could at least have made it a discover effect.
1 Mana 0/1 Taunt is just a dreadful body. This is a class card; and it's worse than Neutrals.
As Nightmare shows; Beast is worthless in card power budgets.
So; to make up the cost of it; getting a free Shaman spell at full cost has to be worth the 3HP over Shieldbearer which is already a TERRIBLE card; for this to even make it to Terrible.
Thing is; it's a random Shaman spell. Not a Mage spell.
Terrible: Totemic Might; Ice Fishing [Unless running Murlocs]; Primal Fusion; Lesser Saphhire Spellstone; Primal Talismans; Cryostatis; Farsight; Unite the Murlocs [Assumeing it can be given]
The ones with * means they cause Overload which is something that must be accounted for and may hold them back.
So; as it stands; only 10/25 results are any good. 15/25 times; or 3/5; you're getting a bad or even unplayable card.
This card isn't just bad. It's absolutely terrible. I'd say a 2/5 chance of getting something that's even worth playing isn't worth 3 HP off Shieldbearer. And that card is unplayable in it's own right.
Meh. Not the worst thing in the world, but I'm guessing a deck that would play this would also want to play Hagatha. In which case... Wouldn't you just play Fire Fly? It actually gives you a body that can contest dudes, take out a 3-health minion next to a Flametongue Totem, and survive a ping or Rogue/Druid hero power, and you can use the extra generated card later to create a random spell. Granted, you won't have access to that until late game, but still.
second beast card we see for shaman. Interesting card since shaman has only few extremely bad spells (Ice Fishing will probably be among the worst you can get if you are not by chance playing a murloc deck).
More excited for this as a Hunter player. I can get a Bloodlust - oh how nice. And a great target for Crackling Razormaw since it already has taunt. Hunter wins or loses in the early game scrimmage.
It's a shaman class card, you can only currently get it at random via stampede, webspinner or that parrot that actually got 0 play.

I enjoy.
Ya, a slightly worse Babbling Book... so why playable its almost probably bad.

Useful: Crushing Hand; Lightling Bolt*; Feral Spirit*; Crushing Hand*; Lava Burst*; Tidal Surge; Healing Rain; Lightling Storm*; Unstable Evolution; Earth Shock

A strong but not super toxic 1 drop for shaman? me gusta. I will probably play it in a control deck.
