I had a similar dilemma when i was looking at Tempo Rogue, but it's too late now, it's better to craft a legendary that you can use after the next rotation happens. One thing I've learned as a f2p player is that patience really is a virtue. And craft legendaries that you will use for a long time.
it depends, patches will be worth it for the next two months and for wild, but if you can live without him for 2 months you save 1600 dust.
up to you and depends which decks you want to play. for me 2 months is still a pretty long time and patches is present in basically allmost all aggro decks.
If you only play standard and you disenchant him after set rotates then cost is really 1200 dust so if thats only card you're missing its reasonable to still go for it. I don't know these things so I voted for too late.
I mean patches is the actual best legendary currently on standard format and definitely the most versitile one, If your deck can fit a pirate you can fit patches and he's OP for a reason is a 1-drop (very effective in the early game), that comes out for basically free so it's a card that's in your deck but not really (unless you draw him ofc), he's used in literally every single class and aggro decks get much worse without our friendly pirate, to the point that Southsea Captain is by far the best 3-drop in the game, unless you need something very specific like a Tar Creeper or something that synergizes with your deck even that small of a pirate package is without a doubt the best turn 3 play in existance on standard rn. Craft him for sure unless you're completely F2P and your only way of getting packs is the 100 gold per day and the pack you get from that.
Hi guys,
I just wanted to know, what are your thoughts on crafting patches at this point in the meta? Is it still worth it?
I kinda feel odd about it since it feels too late to craft him.
yes

Only if you play wild or loads of dust savings. Otherwise you'll regret it in ~two months when it rotates.

If you play wild. Patches still worth
It is too late now, but only if you can't get past the prejudice about Wild mode.
