I packed a golden King Mukla a couple weeks ago, a legendary from the Classic set that does not see too much play. As many of you probably know, Prince Keleseth is ruling some of the prominent and best decks nowadays. I would like to hear your opinion on which option to do: Keep a golden legendary, or disenchant it for another meta-defining legendary.
Thanks!
P.S. Rogue is my favorite class, and it looks like Keleseth is now archetype-defining for the class.
You're right that Mukla idoesn't see play while Keleseth does. While we can't predict the future, I think Mukla will always be hard to play so even though he will stay forever and Keleseth will eventually rotate out I think it's better to dust Mukla and craft the prince bcause what do you need a Classic Legendary that probably won't see play.
Mukla has never been viable (unless just messing around). Keleseth seems to be here to stay, and even if he doesn't, the archetype is super fun. I dusted that classic 9 mana golden druid legendary that I had from like 2015. Literally so useless I can't think of his name!
Classic Mukla cannot even get consideration in today's mill decks. Do it.
Having fun with Keleseth, but my rogue lacks some cards (VanCleef, Shaku). But nobody expects a Lillian Voss play either; praise to Noxious for the deck idea. The card is nice when double or triple buffed.
Mukla is just an unplayable pile of dust. Get rid of it
What you do with the dust is another matter though. Prince decks are relatively new in a new meta so you might want to think twice about crafting him. He's only very good in rogue, the other classes running him are largely experimental

Golden niche legendary is always insta-disenchant
unless it covers exactly that niche you were looking for (mill?).
Thanks for all the replies! I will disenchant mukla today
Disenchant?
Pros: Conversion to a non-golden legendary of your choice.
Cons: You will eventually open another Mukla.
