I think this is very bad and doesn't compare at all favorably to old Elise, if only because it doesn't replace the cards in your hand.
A major factor in the old Elise is that you could turn low-value cards stuck in your hand into higher-value Legendary minions (on average). The conversion of the spare Power Word: Shield and Whirlwind you might have had into a minion was quite strong. Moreover, you could control what cards you changed into Legends, since you could delay playing the Monkey until you've used your remaining high-value removal and minions.
Explore Un'Goro won't work that way. Until late in the game, most of the cards in your deck will be the cards you wanted to have in your deck, and more valuable than a 1-mana discover. There may be key win-condition cards still floating in there (and will surely be on the bottom of your deck). And every time you draw a dead card for the matchup, you're Explore becomes that much worse. If this replaced the cards in your hand too, I'd call it a 1-of tech card in Control Warrior, to allow better control-vs-control matchups. It might not be wise depending on the meta, but it would help those kinds of games.
I can see one copy of this going into control/fatigue warrior. You run out of cards and now you won't take any fatigue damage and keep getting a new card each turn. If control/fatigue warrior doesn't exist in the meta this card will be just for fun.
so the cards cost +1 more, are random discoveries, and to top it off it does not replace cards in hand ; meaning that what some here called it a 'new old Elise' that replaces your bad cards with legendaries, guess what... you need to draw all your good cards first and whatever is in your hand stays bad to the end. this might be the worst card of the expansion, calling it now.

''He traded sands for skins, skins for gold, gold for life. In the end, he traded life for sand.''
I know people are going to call this horrible but hear me out on this. People called elise bad when it was first revealed and it has a similar concept. I can see this as a one as in a fatigue/control warrior to get rid of useless cards in the end game.
I mean technically speaking if you want the real talk, elise was never a competitive card even in control warrior decks back in days... yes it was solid in control warriors but that's the only deck that runs elise.. never seen a play dont tell mage or blah blah unless you are a rank 25 player... at legend ranks back then only control warrior used elise...
Which means it was a shit card for control players, the card was more of a fun card, or instant include in control warrior back then.. that's it.
Elise saw play in:
Mage?: not really memes only
Druid: not really 0
Rogues: not really 0
warriors?: yes %99
paladins: %0 not really..
Dont start to talk nonsense please, unless you know what you are talking about... no offense yes elise saw play for memes and fun highlights, but in competitive high ranks? legend ranks in druids? rogues? or watever no..
But the new elise is interesting tho, im looking forward into the new elise.
One less card to warrior, why they do that, it hurts the class.
My magic will tear you apart!
This is Blizz's desperate attempt to try to remake late game for Control Warrior isn't it?
Well TOO BAD. Aya will still crush him
Good card? No.
Good fun? YES!
"Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool."
This will be an auto-concede for me whenever this is played. Ain't nobody got time for this shit.

why would i ever play this? ok for funzies at rank 20 but besides that this is trash tier.
LOVE this card. It's basically renounce for warrior and i just love these gimmicky decks
Turn each game into a Tavern Brawl!

Elise get rid of cards stuck in your hand, tho...
But this cards seems fun, let's see if it's good.
Well, Warrior already survives the year of Mammoth with PW archetype.
The class doesn't really need much support from this expansion other than developing more viable archetypes.
Since Warrior already had its year of 2016, I wont be surprised to see this class will receive mostly fun bad cards for this year.
Oh, hell yes! First thing to do is craft two golden copies. Let the clown fiesta begin!
Renounce Darkness 2.

Maybe interesting in Control warrior...if not for Jade druid
NICE RNG KEY !
Really awful. You replace good cards that you choose to be in the deck with random probable garbage.
