Varian pulls cards out of your deck, at Random. Not only will this lead you to fatigue, you can't control what you pull. While N'zoth does not bring you closer to fatigue, he resurrects all deathrattle-minions. Best thing is, only them, not tokens spawned by it. In Wild, you also have some strong taunts to get resurrected, heck, even at 10 mana summon a 5/7 and a 3/5 with taunt that summons a 1/2 with taunt seems not so bad. But he summons everything that dies, and that's a sticky board. Varian is strong, but not sticky. A board clear hits varian pretty hard, while a deathrattle-decks simply summons tokens over tokens over tokens.
Is no! Half the time you get crushed by all but the heavy Control Decks and in the best case scenario that this Card turns out to be good people will construct Decks around it like Hex, Poly, Sap, Shadow Madness, Aggro-Silence.
What? Why would they include that to counter N'Zoth? (also Sap it???) How are they going to deal with the board?

If they steal or transform the deathrattle minions they won't get spawned by N'zoth later. If he's played, Hex, Polymorph and the like will start to see play again.

How many Polymorphs/Hexes will you have? Surely not enough for all the deathrattles in the opponent's deck. And you're not going to face these decks all the time, so what will you do with the other ones?

Best case you transform the higher value ones like Tirion, Sylvannas and Cairne and try to deal with the weaker ones when N'zoth summons them. I seem to doubt that N'zoth is going to be enough of a deal that you would need to play an anti-N'zoth deck like the above posted but there are ways to deal with it, even if it is a really powerful effect.
Sorry if this has been answered already, but will this card summon minions that got a deathrattle from a card that gives deathrattles, like Soul of the Forest or the new Hunter card?

I'm a cake. Cakes don't speak English. Please, do correct any grammar mistakes I make, even the most minor and insignificant ones.

Nope, only minions with the deathrattle effect (not even Unearthed Raptor)

one more thing what happens with Herald Volazj spawns do they change ?
You would need to put sunfury and argus in deathrattle decks these days. You dont want your oppoenent ignoring your minions and going face. No value from N'zoth and puts ways too much pressure on you. If you have 3 health playing a 10 mana card that is not a heal, Quick shot rip.

Only the stats. He summons 1/1's with the same effects (battlecries and such dont trigger)

I think that all 10 mana cards should read "Win the game" if you have set it up well. That's why I think anyfin is just right, with the right set up in a control deck it is the win condition. This card is 10 mana maybe win next turn if they don't have board control. Even then, you don't wanna run stupid deathrattles in a control deck that actually consistently gets to turn 10.
Sludge belcher, piloted shredder, sylvana, tirion are all mainstays in say paladin control. Definitely not "stupid" death rattles minions. Amazing card hey has the potential too bring more value then anything else in the game imagine the dream. two shredders -8 mana, two sludges -10mana, sylvana -6mana, tirion -8mana plus this cards whos stats are worth 6 mana that equals 38mana worth of cards for 10 mana. Even if just one shredder had died you breaking even on 10 manas worth of stats antyhing more than shredder is value.

Only two of those cards will be playable in standard. Not a very good argument.

There's a big difference between Varian and this:

I just realized the crazy interact it has with Dreadsteed. It will basically summon 6 Dreadsteeds along with it.
Is that good? I dunno, but its something.
The most exciting aspect of this card in my eyes is how it might make The Skeleton Knight playable.
I returned to this game much like how a recovering alcoholic can relapse.
WHOS IDEA WAS THIS CARD!?
Mysterious Challenger : "Who am I? None of your business!"
Eater of Secrets: "Oh, I believe it is. You see, you are now my bitch!"
RIP Wild Format.

Saying this card is bad because its a 5/7 is like saying Twilight Drake is bad because its a 4/1.
