Over 10.000 viewers at times yesterday at the Wild tournament on Twitch. ^.^
I watched the whole tournament and I pretty liked it. A bit too many Odd Palas for my taste, a (for the overall meta) bad Druid deck in the finals (I loved Aggro Druid, but it is an outdated deck) and the regular bullshit by Big Priest.
My personal highlights were the Shudderwock Shaman game and the Barnes at 4 mana, where the chat got totally crazy. So many "that`s why I don`t play Wild" posts - I hope Blizz noticed them and finally reacts to Big Priest.
Blizzard should make a special stream lessons or youtube videos in which they explain the the only way hs should be played is with supa dupa 1000 IQ control/combo homebrewed decks and 30 minutes long match is a minimum time period that proves you're not braindead blah blah something etc.
I've watched some segments of it and liked it (as a non-wild player) - watching the stuff being played, that you don't see in standard anymore felt kinda refreshing (except the frequent caster mistakes/lethals they didn't see). More interested in the upcoming Winter Championship next week tho.
What was more interesting for me was the MTG Mythic championship, which had more than 2x times the viewership of the wild tournament.

A little bit aggro fiesta for my taste. And not even a proper one. There are so many unique and unexpected decks like Mid Dragon Warrior or Anyfin Paladin and so on yet we see Even Shaman and Odd Paladin again. Boring and borderline. Really liked the Dragon Priest here gotta admit that.
Bullshit Priest was awful to watch (and I will forever keep using this label, as long as they do not nerf it to trash, it does not deserve a neutral name).
A pro game ending by concede on t5 is unprecedented I think, and it is telling of how wrong Ayala is about the deck, despite his secret numbers.
As a Wild player, I was ashamed to see something like that happening in a tournament.

Beside Bullshit Priest the tournament was pretty fun to watch for me and I hope Blizz will organize more Wild tournaments in the future. :)
