Okay so don't get me wrong, i think having 'overpowered' cards in wild is perfectly okay (even if they do feel bad to play against), and really make the format what it is, take tunnel trogg or avenge for example.
But it seems like Control Shaman has no weaknesses, besides itself (since hex and Devolve are really strong against it), and nothing it can't do well . For instance, it has very strong options for: Board Clears - Maelstorm portal, lightning storm, elemental destruction, devolve Taunt Minions - Sludge Belcher, White eyes, Earth elemental, Deathlord Heal - Healing Wave, Antique healbot This is without listing their options to add an early game package, and a burst package or single target removal, as well as their insane value cards like ancestral spirit.
So i ask, is there any counter to this without playing Shaman yourself?
The only reason why people think Control Shaman is good in wild is because it was popularized by Standard Streamers who liked the deck's control style and similarity to Bogchamp. It was the most dominant deck in the Heroic Wild Brawl, but in the Wild meta it is outvalued by almost all other control decks.

Except that Sipiwi had it at Rank 1 for how long? It's thought to be good in Wild because it actually is quite good, it's just not absurdly overpowered or anything and you do have to tech it a little for the matchups you want to be beating (so basically a very solid Tier 2).
And that's really what makes it balanced, it can punish all of the archetypes but you can't fit all the cards into the list to do that. My current list probably could be outvalued by some of the greedier Control lists, but mainly because I've built it to try and pack in most of the board clears to help fend off Aggro/Midrange until I get can to trying to get recursive value off of White Eyes, Cairne, or Sylvanas.

Articles I suggest every player reads to improve at the game;
Pirate warrior is pretty good versus them. They have to draw the correct answers in order to survive, and although your board will get cleared 1-3 times most likely, you can still win most of the times.
seems like its weakness is other control decks...like paladin control, it doesn't have good single-target removal (besides [cardhex[/card]), but packs a ton of board control. therefore, control shaman often resorts to using board clears to take out one or two priority targets, and because of this other control decks can outvalue it. i haven't played against it a ton, though

If you go past 6 or 7 against freeze mage on wild, you'll lose even if you have a board with 7 10/10s on the board.
Renolock can use Twisting portal to take back the game instantly. Otherwise they have Kazakus potion or Shadowflame as well.
Priest has potentially 2-4 dragonfire potion which destroy shaman.
Shaman's weakness is their board. If you control their board, you control the game.

Yes of course. Control shaman isnt that strong in wild. Freeze mage counters it. Even nzoth control warrior counters it.
