I want to watch a few games of anyone saying it's fairly balanced or the hunter is strong. Maybe I'll learn something, but I'm calling your bluff. Send me your tag and I'll watch a few matches.
The only reason my mage win percentage is higher than my hunter win percentage is because so many people seem to believe that mage is significantly better and instantly concede. So many people try to play the hunter as a normal hunter deck and waste resources going face and others throw spells at lock and load that have significant value when played correctly (hunters mark and arcane shot come to mind). Honestly, this is the most balanced brawl yet.
the funny thing all my my wins with hunter ware putting a tunt like Shiva or the bear and go face and finish with kraken I Guss even in a control match old habits die hard
I'm doing okay with both, but I think the mage deck is more fun. All those inspire combos. Getting multiple hero shots per turn? Creating 8/8 minions or filling the board with all those whatchamacallits?
I guess, so far, inspire seems like a more fun thing to build around than joust.
Played one game for the pack, I had the inspire deck and won, the game felt reasonanly close until I combo'd out, there were 3 occasions where he had a big chance to pull way ahead with joust (the shield/taunt guy and the charge guy) and lost each time (my deck picked Rhonin twice in a row). he was ahead for a lot of the early game, I tried to bait removal as much as I could to set up Coldarra Drake with the guys that make your hero power cost 1 and infinite use, next turn I played the guy with inspire +2/+2 and pulled super far ahead and won from there.

"Drink with me, friend!"
I'm 11-5 right now. Mage: 7-2 Hunter: 4-3
Mage has the better cards and counters to the Hunter deck. Hunter depends a little too heavily on the lock and load combo.
I'm 0-8 with Hunter and 4-0 with mage. I'm either very unlucky with Hunter or very poor.

I haven't been too happy with all the of the Brawls as of late. It feels like they're not really trying hard enough to come up with silly ideas.
It's more balanced than Nefarian vs Ragnaros.

I might only be at 25 wins, but the majority of my wins has been on Hunter. So, no.

I lost as Mage a lot.
I never lost as Hunter.
