I'm so tired of these kind of brawls where you really just want to get the pack and get out of there. There is so many cool brawls that rarely return, but these random brawls just keep coming back and nobody likes them.
Problem is the brawl is completely rigged. Played 2 games in a row where I had no chance. Absolute garbage cards and no legendaries while opponent rolled in heavily synergized high cost cards like it was constructed.
Why do they insist on random stuff? its brawls its new cards etc. Why take out the strategy part out of the game. we already deal with the draw RNG why should we deal with more rng? even for brawls where something original could be created...ah at least HS had a good run.
Because for the vast majority of the population who don't have all but a handful of cards from any release, this allows them to level the playing field, and also play with cards that they normally don't play.
Because for many of the random brawls (although this one is a bit extreme), there IS strategy involved. If you are good at arena, you'll be good at RNG brawls. If you are bad at arena, then you'll be bad at RNG brawls. It varies by the format but I usually have a win rate of about 70% for the RNG brawls.
Because it's meant to be casual and fun and different than the grind of HS. You shouldn't get butt-hurt if you get a bad draw, it happens. Relax, restart or don't play it.
Notes should go from -10 to 10 ... this one will be negative. Is it too much to ask for pre constructed decks of same power and not loss of time based on luck ?
They aren't all going to be "the best brawl ever". Sometimes, there are brawls which are RNG heavy and are just pure luck. This brawl is an exaggeration of the RNG aspect of this game, which we all play every game with right there on our shoulder.
So sit back, have fun, and enjoy the RNG show on this brawl. I was very pleased with the pack reward; felt like a little Christmas came early. That feeling, along with other ones I get when I pulled out an impossible win, saw great plays, etc, is why I play the game.

Funny, I say the same about the constructed brawls. Get my pack (usually play my alt account) and get out of there. I'll gladly play a RNG brawl over a constructed brawl, because it's different every time and requires zero thought to set up and get into the game.
Opinions are opinions. My guess is that across the entire HS playerbase, the majority prefers RNG brawls over constructed, which is why we see more RNG brawls than constructed ones.
Worst brawl ever!!! Won 2 games from 10, just because in 1 my opponent left lol. Wish im recording those games cause then i would get my own trolden episode. Impossible to win with hand aka whisp, murloc and secret while my opponent have ofcourse 6 plus cards reduced to 1 or 2.

In life, sometimes you are the windshield. Other times, you are the bug. :)
Love these kinds of brawls only because you get to see things you'd never see in a normal game...just won a game with TWO Duskfallen Avianas (thanks Gloop Sprayer) on the board alongside a Hadronox. It's an RNG clownfiesta, but an ENTERTAINING RNG clownfiesta and I'm here for it.
This brawl can burn in hell with all the hackers that play 8 drops on turn one too. This brawl is bullshit among bullshit, everything that AVGN says about his games applies to this brawl too.
Hey, Hearthpwn Staff, is there any chance we can get the banner for this Brawl changed? It's been used since this Brawl was first introduced, and it's always been incorrect and misleading. Cards have their cost "randomised" but it is randomised from 1 to their normal cost. It cannot be more than the normal cost. I know it's not a huge deal, but it does give new players (and unobservant old players) a false idea of what this Brawl is about.
One of the few things you can actually do to improve your chances is mulligan for cards that are more likely to be playable early on. If everyone believed your banner, they'd think there was no reason to do anything other than keep the highest-cost cards.
Which side of the poll is good vs. which is bad? E.g., is the number like a star-rating (1-star = awful; 5-star = great), or is it more like a ranking (#1 choice is first/top, vs. #5 choice is last/bottom)?
i hate this brawl, lol. I don't even mind brawls with a lot of random and rng stuff and usually think it's fun but the random cost switching every turn makes it unplayable. There is pretty much no decision making, you just throw out the biggest things with no ability to plan ahead.

It’s random, it’s fun, it’s an easy quest completer for those without a big collection. Always happy to see it.

Casual turn 4, also the first time I got to see Lotis complete form - 10/10 brawl (nah, just kidding)

Damn some of y'all are salty about this one.

Lost again vs Chromaggus t3 ... proctolog visit is actually more fun

Best card in HS? Mastercard.

These brawls are only good for completing "play X class cards" quests. There is little replay value other than that during their stays.

Would rather play coinflip simulator. Takes a special type of personality to enjoy this much randomness (or someone who is really lucky? :D)

A great brawl for gold farming, not this "let's pretend we are superiour deck builders with wacky rules" horseshit.

Why they removed weapon`s cards from this Brawl? And this not first time!
This is not fair!
