It's very difficult to beat a Murloc build with all divine shield, poison, windfury and stats buff from King Bagurgle. How would you balance it?.
I see Toxfin as the problem. Murlocs have great early game, strong mid game and very strong late game by getting the Toxfin early. I think Toxfin needs to go to Tier 5.
First, remove Gentle Megasaur from the game mode, this takes away divine shield from the tribe and allows other tribes to win with either sheer stats/divine shields or death rattles against Murloc poison. If this doesn't make enough difference then move Toxfin to tier 5 as well...
Megasaur doesn’t remove divine shield as long as amalgams still are in the mode. They are the true problem. Your chances of winning go up dramatically if by turn 4 you have 4 minions with two of them being amalgams.
Murlocs needs to be nerfed. Animation Time is annoying but its not enough. This run i started pretty average. I had one Amalgam in midgame and random other stuff. Then I found Bran and Discover Murloc. It took me one turn to get an insane Murlocboard and another to get perfect Murcs..
Poison plus thick body is OP. Sad to see your opponent one shotting your minions and still have half their health. Move Coldlight Seer back to Tier 3 or perhaps.
Coldlight Seer at tt2 has a war over it, much like Amalgam. Easy tt3 nerf to both imho. Demons May need a buff, a small one of any, as other than sheer size they barely seem to win.
Poison is ok, sort of, but instead of toxfin at tt4 I'd add Plague Scientist at tt5 - poison to all, no tribe, demands another cast on the turn = not as easy, but alsp not murloc only oriented. And it gets "rid" of needing Amalgam to have a poisonous minion. Hell, put the toon at tt6 and it's still a good pick.
Demons have a +2/+2 lord at tt5... murlocs have a BC +2/+2, which is worth +8/+8 at golden, before the DR gives another +4/+4. AND they have a finisher lord at tt6, so... really?
Well positioned DS mechs still beat them, but to the limit of the attacking order. Beasts withstand the pressure with its variety of sheer power, but demons need luck, and people who have the demon Hero (+1/+1 to demons) Still Pick Murlocs! (Last 4 times I ran into it - 3 had murlocs).
Just redesign Megasaur to an Aura Minion... so you can still have the Battlecry effect as long its still on the Board! -> NERFED and still strong af... but atleast we can snipe it with Slywick/Soul Jugglers/Cleaves ~~
Seen 3Dudes going randomly on Murlocs the last 4Heroes alive only because they found 1-2 Megasaurs and they had a Brann on Board... they removed a full Combination for Fresh Murlocs they buffed with Divine Shield/Poison to fuck up everybody... its stupid! Also remove Toxfin and add Plague Scientist instead to make poisonous pretty rare ~~
Or maybe add explosive sheep to have a real counter t divine shield instead of just a single hero? Mechs can’t get poisonous right now so should be ok.

Yeah toxin is one of the problems but what carries murlocs to the late game is King Bagurgle
Put Unstable Ghoul in the game. Murlocs nerfed.
Although Toxifin being TT5 might make some amount of sense. Although it's still discovered by Primal Fin at that point.

remove Bran tbh, the player that gets away with a early Bran always wins aslong as he plays a divine shield comp

Redue the buffs by moving Primalfin and Seer back one tier.
I second this. Let’s remove all minions from Battlegrounds and it can just be two heroes having tea at the table.
