I really like PupleMD's Sombra. This is the right way to do a deck attack. Making people lose draws is crazy unfair, but making them pay 2 mana to get their draw is perfect.
Except Zenyatta, so it's the only card which I'm voting for.
I've tried to balance my card towards Archmage Antonidas. It's a 5,5 mana body making the effect worth 1,5 mana. Mercy is a 4 mana body, making the effect a 1 mana effect. I say the effects are about the same difficulty (or ease) to trigger. You need a board to trigger Mercy, and you need a spell or two to trigger Archmage. I don't think it's wrong to say Fireball > Resurrect, which is why I decided the effect was worth 1 mana.
EDIT: Well, this seems quite odd now that you've edited your post ^^
I'd say Mercy and Talon Agent Sombra (Livienna's version) are probably the best. As someone already pointed out, Mei would be probably be really broken with Sunfury Protector.
Sorry if I sound salty from this, but I'm genuinely curious as to why my card didn't get any votes. I followed the character pretty well, the card is better balanced than some of these entries on this list and I thought I had something really going for me. Was it just because the card is a bit different than most other Hearthstone cards (as pointed out to me by Livi).

Mercy by Lathy: It's very flavourful and well-balanced! It's simple yet it makes it point. Definitely a vote from me. HEROES NEVER DIE! (Voted)
Mei by Gamenstein: Broken as heck with Sunfury Protector. It can only be countered by Silence and Hard Removal. This is a very cancerous card that is as terrifying as the devil. So, it's a perfect representation of Mei. (Not Voted)
Zenyatta, Wandering Guru by RazorOfArtorias: This is extremely flavourful as it both represents Zenyatta's abilities and the whole Light/Shadow Priest aspect. However, it should cost 4 mana when compared to Xaril, Poisoned Mind. Regardless, the effect is cool enough to recieve my vote. Experience tranquility! (Voted)
Tracer by YoThats: That's way too much text on a Hearthstone card. Plus, I'm not sure a deal 3-6 damage every turn is exactly balanced. I think this card needs a time-out. (Not Voted)
Talon Agent Sombra by Livienna: It perfectly depicts Sombra's gameplay within Overwatch, and it's balanced well! It's a nice little disruptor card for those pseky aggro decks as well! It's definitely the best card here! Boop! (Voted)
Ana Amari by Tomerick88: Uh...that seems weird; flavourful yes, but wierd. Does Ana receive damage when she heals minions like when she attacks an enemy minion attacks or...? Anyways, it has too weak of a body to see play...it would see as much play as Grook Fu Master. She's not powered up, get back here! (Not Voted)
Sombra by Cogito_Ergo_Sum: This gives me PTSD from reading this comic:
*Shivers* (Not Voted)
Hanzo by Mewdrops: A very flavourful card! Ryū ga waga teki o kurau! However, on one hand, this is balanced because you have to prepare your board to get the right shot. On the other hand, you can get 2 minions destroyed in one shot, and that is definitely way too potent when compared to Blade of C'Thun. It's just too swingy, and there is too big of a gap between the best and worst case scenario. (Not voted)
McCree by nurgling13: It's high noon...in all seriousness though, although the card is balanced and flavourful, McCree is just inconvienent UI wise. For one, you would have to keep track of how many turns each minion has lasted on the board. For another, does your opponent's turn and your turn count as "2 turns" or "1 turn"? Because dealing 4 damage to all minions seems pretty ridiculous. (Not Voted)
Sombra by PurpleMD: As I have been told eariler, denying card draw is never a fun thing within Hearthstone, especially if the effect is random. The last thing we need is for people to be more salty because they have to lose 2 mana just to draw a card, and drawing cards . Paying 2 mana or missing a single card draw is actually a MAJOR tempo loss, especially in the early/mid-game. In other words, this card is too anti-fun. Additionally, this doesn't really match the Rogue's class identity. Apagando las luces...
(Voted)
Thanks for the review and the vote!
I was thinking about Xaril, Poisoned Mind doing this card and I thought about that 4 mana cost too but I think both Orbs are weaker spells than all the toxins, even getting both at the same time. And Priest don't have Miracle decks as the Rogue where that 1 mana spell can be decissive... but writing this I've just realized than Lyra the Sunshard exists so maybe 4 mana it's more balanced.
Mercy (Lathy) and Sombra (PurpleMD) are definitely going to dispute first place imo. They are both very strategic and I could easily see them in play on every Rogue and Priest decks. Kudos for both of you :)

There's a simple explanation to this. War Golem is a 7 mana 7/7 (14 stat points). Your card is a 7 mana 4/11 (15 stats) at worst. Plus, it deals 3 damage to enemy. Randomly (People are not fond of RNG in the Hearthstone community).
Also, it's almost as powerful as Dr. Boom, and people absolutely detest that card.

It only counts your opponent's turns. Also, it wouldn't be hard to keep track of how long minions have been in play, because minions generally don't stay in play more than 1-2 turns, and there often aren't more than a few out at once. When there are a lot of minions out, it's generally because your opponent just summoned them. Think about it sometime your playing and I bet you won't have trouble remembering how long each enemy minion has been in play.

A 7 mana 4/11 is SIGNIFICANTLY different that a 7 mana 7/7, though I don't want to stray off topic here.

Thanks guys!!! Glad you like my card. I hope others do; I worked hard on it, and I'm dying for a win LOL.

Ysera and Malygos cost 9 mana. They are 4/12 minions.
God, we were hacked by a lot of Sombras today. Going to vote for the next ones:
Mercy by Lathy: Its a really good concept, well flavoured, since she heals and needs someone to die to trigger her ability, the Resurrect would be like the Ultimate, I like it!
Hanzo by Mewdrops: Good flavour off this one why it doesn't hits face :D? And nice balance considering this is neutral, maybe reduce a stat point, but everything else is fine, very pricky!
Sombra by PurpleMD: I really how he took this one, its a "card denial", but VERY balanced in a way, and very good concept, like, she hacks the opponent's draw, so they need to pay the damages to draw it, seems a good concept!
Honorable Mentions:
Ana Amari by Tomerick88: Could have been a good concept, but she seems clearly understated for the effect, if you added Charge maybe it could have been more balanced I think, or making it a 2/6.
Mei by Gamenstein: Eh, I'm on with the flavour, but eh, doesn't feels like fun to play with.
I can't believe I became a finalist. This was my first competition for making hearthstone cards and I now plan to stick with it after this. I will say that after submissions were over, I took another look at mei and realized I should have made go dormant instead of freeze. Focused a little too much on flavor this time around. Something for me to think about in the next go around.

Good job everyone with the flavor of the cards! But that Mei with taunt (for example, via Sunfury Protector) is like super-OP?
I'd say Mercy and Talon Agent Sombra (Livienna's version) are probably the best. As someone already pointed out, Mei would be probably be really broken with Sunfury Protector.
