My guess (stats and mana cost are just placeholders) - think it will focus on your hero not taking damage from self-damaging effects:
EDIT: As discussed further, I tried to use Immune mechanic to shorten amount of words required to describe my predicted effect, which was "not taking damage from your hero power and self-damaging spells / minions". Immune mechanic would cheat the fatigue and card like that should not exist.
By the way guys, speaking of Warlock legendary... We need to step up on those votes. I've been feeling quite detached after voting hard for Han'Cho, even though Kabal is my faction of choice. Hopefully we'll fill it in time.
Except I was trying to make the effect permanent (maybe didn't word it properly or it's counter intuitive with the battlecry), similar to how the Priest legendary works. So you don't dake damage from your hero power, and AoEs and all after you've played this card for the remainder of the game.
My original guess was that "damage you inflict to yourself heals you instead" but then thought that maybe the card would be made to synergize with upcoming Felfire Potion and Abyssal Enforcer (works pretty well with Jaraxxus attacking as well).
How about a legendary demon that summons minions for each card you play. I'm thinking 7/5 base stats and for balance well make it 6 Mana. Maybe it'll summon some useless garbage like a 2/1 who even knows. It's gotta have a cool name though, any suggestions?

Yeah, you guys are right. I wanted to go for this wording originally but thought it was too long and wouldn't fit in the card text box, so instead I went with "similar" mechanic that was already in the game - Immune. Totally forgot that it cheats the fatigue, which is unfair and should never be implemented in the game.
If your deck has no Duplicate gain control of target minion maybe? That would match the art in some way... Probably 8 or 9 mana for such an effect though!

5 mana 4/4 If your deck has no duplicates, destroy all non-demon minions.
it will be a witch doctor. if you have no duplicate in your deck the next demon that you summon will discard a card and costs 0 mana

Discard lock is a thing they're pushing. What about a legendary that let's you choose what you get to discard, instead of it being random?
