Just finished my free run at this week's tavern brawl, ended up 9-3 which is very surprising outcome for me given that i'm "only" rank 14 and i rarely do much of ladder/arena, me not including a copy of a Spell Breaker is a firm proof that i'm far from a challenger for the 12 wins cap.
I've lost to :
-A similar deck to Stancifka's DR hunter during which i got doomed because i had only Hex and no Spell Breaker to contest board.
-A Big Druid that managed to trigger 3 Hadronox and yes i survived until the third. Hex never came and no Spell Breaker in deck even though i slowed his combo thanks to Skulking Geist, it's just that i had massive elementals throughout the game but they eventually died after multiples trades with big taunts.
-A Shudderwock Shaman, no surprise given my karma that this would be the matchup that would end my journey. Obviously his deck had more lategame, sadly he was having such good high roll with storms and hagatha so i couldn't pull out something before Shudderwock. The funny part was that both Zola and Grumble triggerd at the beginning.
Other than that, i've had tremendous success against Zoolocks (3 defeated and one that conceded on turn 2). The most valuable card i've played was Skulking Geist, it helps a lot against Locks and Druids but also that wandering Kingsbane Rogue.
This deck has nothing "original" you can check any other in depth even shaman deck pages to get more info you've never played it. As i mentionned, i forgot to include a spell breaker in my deck so remove one primalfin or a knife juggler to include one.
Hope you guys enjoyed your runs as much as i did, here's the most hilarious win i got :
The Storm Bringer brought some friends, including Dr. Morrigan which summoned Al'akir, allowing to setup a crazy OTK on top of getting a lava burst from playing Flametongue Totem : a total of 33 damage.

yea, I feel Even Shaman is seriously underplayed at the moment. Went 11-3 with a similar list, just with Lich King instead of Skulking Geist.
Lost to:
Control Warlock - feel its one of the few almost unwinnable matchups for the deck, just too much removal to ever develop a board
Deathrattle hunter - managed to control the board early, and in lategame I just couldnt come back through all the taunts
Toggwaggle Druid - just too much stall, removal and armor gain.
Even managed to beat a Zoo Warlock with turn 2 Keleseth through fatigue
