I'm playing this from Rank 8 to Rank 5 right now, so I'd say yes. It beats most things, as long as you draw Duskbreaker in time. Do you have Zola? That's probably more of a key card than Benedictus.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
It really just depends if you like slow control fatigue decks like that. But I would say both Zola and Benedictus are quite important for the deck.
Benedictus is key in the mirror and as a counter to Rin, but other than that, you just need to be aware of how fast you're drawing cards and if fatigue will be a factor in the match. Also quite key to success with this deck is mulliganning correctly for the right deathrattles - for example vs aggressive decks, you want to be resummoning Plated Beetles and Rotten Applebaums so you don't die, whereas in slower matchups (Warrior, Warlock, Priest) you want to be resummoning Crystaline Oracles, Loot Hoarders, and Bone Drakes because you're playing a value game.

The sheer length of the games makes it a bad deck for serious climbing. Even if you win a game, you could have gotten 3 wins in same amount of time if you were playing something else. If you're looking to have some fun though ...
If you like slow grindy control decks it is definitely worth it. I wouldn't suggest it for climbing ladder since some games can last a really long time, but it is a blast to play and a great deck to play around with.
It's not my kind of deck so I can't really speak to it, but I understand the mirror matches are awful and come down to turn limit a lot of the time. Not wanting to play the mirror is reason enough for me to not play a deck a lot of times, and the deck is gaining popularity. If you're looking to climb, games where you play 60 turns for a draw doesn't seem great. Good luck either way.
dont think that its much fun to play for exact same reason, but well let them all jump on that train...
I don't find it particularly fun either. I strongly dislike any deck with autolose conditions. But fun would be the only reason anyone would play deck, so that's why I mentioned it
This might be the perfect troll deck for casual mode, for that matter. If you run into the mirror or an OTK deck, just concede and lose nothing. Other decks might even concede to save their own time
Is it worth crafting the quest and archbishop to play a quest control priest for ladder?

Don't have Zola, but she's replaceable no? With a brewmaster or baleful?

Cool deck for sure right now. Zetalot has played it today and achived 17 000 LEGEND points. So, it's pretty solid, as you can see.

This deck is more fun for the fatigue style, also not a meme, even though it might look like it.
