Playing with the deck I had a few things that bugged me:
Not having a 1-drop on the play Drygulch Jailor doing a lot of work but only being a 1 off Divine Favor either being great or completely useless The general curve of the deck being very high Equality being rarely usefull
Addressing those issues and the meta change more towards aggro compared to when Muzzy made his list, I arrived at
Dire Mole It's really solid against other aggro Pala decks, where a lot of dudes are 1/1's and it lowers the odds of not having a play on turn 1. But it otherwise offers little synergy with the rest of the deck and isn't the greatest Call to Arms hit.
Drygulch Jailor He did really well for me so far, having a bunch of 1 mana silver hands in hand often let's me spend all my mana well in the midgame and they synergize really well with Crystal Lion, being basically free the same turn. It's also way easier to get big value from Level Up or Lightfused Stegodon or Steward of Darkshire by playing a few dudes alongside them in the same turn. Last but not least they are a mini Stand Against Darkness to have even more ways to rebuild after a board clear.
The downside is also there though. They can be a big liability in the mirror as they fuel your opponents Divine Favor and lower the value of your own.
Divine Favor While a monster against card hoarding decks like cubelock, with the meta shifting heavily towards aggro decks the card is often weak to completely useless. Also has anti-synergy with Jailor and the deck still plays a few cards at 4+ mana that you don't just want to slam on the board. So the dream "dump your hand and refill a lot" draw is rather rare.
Equality Also feels like a tech card for a meta we don't even have anymore. Can sometimes be great but usually it's a reactive card in a proactive deck. It's not even THAT great at beating your worst matchups as Voidlord still adds a total of 10 taunty health in front of Equality. It's great against Spreading Plague but controlling Druids seem rare these days.
I wouldn't call myself a Pala expert though so I would like to discuss those card choices (and possibly other options) to find the best configuration for the current meta.
E.g. Drygulch Jailor is only a one off, so you do not pull both Jailors, the opponent kills them and you burn the recruits from Jailor and cards on your next turn. He also cut Level up because it decreases cards you need to synergize with recruits. But there is some room for different choices in SH Paladin.
I'm currently playing Dudedin and doing well with it overall but I'm unsure of some card choices and wanted some input on them:
I started at the basic Muzzy list, probably everyone knows by now:

Old Guardian has some educational content about silver hand Paladin.

I don't really like the Jailor argument.
The odds of hitting both of CtA are 6,666666666666% which is nothing. And in all other situations you can play around your own cards.
So if the Jailor is actually good in the deck, it should be a 2-of
