I think the best way to play Jade druid is to go full ramp and then cycle through your deck as quickly as possible. 2x Jade Behemoth + 2x Feral + 2x Moonglade for extra survival. Mulch is imo important because you have infinite value anyway, but you need a hard removal with decent tempo to survive the mid-to-lategame. The only thing I'm thinking about is more spell damage and maybe one starfall for more/better board wipes, and maybe taunt givers.
I think I'm keeping my current "choose" deck and just adding Jade Idol, Jade Blossom, and Kun to the deck. Had some really strong success with it this meta, and the new cards fill in some weaknesses.
Im loving the flexibility of the Druid class in this expansion. Should be a lot of fun.
Here's my version i will be playing. I think it's a bit different than what may others are thinking of, but it looks fun as hell to me :) Could be garbage though.
When making a jade idol deck, don't waste slots on bad golem cards. idol is a win condition by itself. Instead focus on efficiency, and survivability. Even a reno druid deck could be effective.
I think draw and anti-aggro are the most important parts of a deck like this, so I took some yogg-druid removal, bundled Thaurissan and gadgetzan auctioneer so you could play a turn with a lot of draw and like 2-4 jade idols, and put a lot of anti-aggro

If anti-aggro is a priority then you should swap Mulch for Feral Rage, which also allows you to race control decks with jade golems if they drop minions you cant get rid of. That Doomsayer/Fight Promoter synergy though LUL.

Still just theorycrafting but this seems like the best one.
