Sacrificial Pact only works the way you say it does it you opponent is running demons
Which made sense when the only class running demons was Warlock himself, so if a demon deck was ever a thing, things would have been balanced cause in the mirror matchup both classes would have access to it. Now it's just stupid. It feels like an artificial hard-counter.
Plague of Flames requires that you have more than or equal to the number of minions on the opponent's board, and then are willing to kill them
C'mon, let's not pretend Warlock's invoke isn't a thing... if Plague costed 2 I assure you it would still be an autoinclude in every control list. Maybe even at 3. At 1 is just busted.

you are mistaken. They need to make small nerfs and changes so people wouldn't leave as people = money. Just think about how many filler legendaries are there. How many cards didn't see any play and yet were never changed in any way and many more examples.
If they would care they would be active with communication, they would add PTR for change testing to gain data and feedback (as they do with literally every other game) and they would also be willing to buff / change out of meta legendaries at least a bit.
Altruis the Outcast is so hard to set up when 80 percent of your stuff costs 3 or less . she needs a buff your right make her cost 0 when played while outcasted and deal 2 dmg to everything.

If you think SacPac needs a nerf you would have to really hate Dragonmaw Poacher: destroy a dragon summon an 8/3 (which is often how its used) > destroy a demon gain 5 life because it 2 for 1's.
My point is no one is crying for DP nerfs so there must be nothing wrong with sacpac. Yes I know it costs 4 mana but it still costs a card and can be used as a 4/4 worst case.
Altruis : a kind of Van Cleef, favor the class exclusive mechanic and really annoying sometimes but if Blizz let Van Cleef survive for a long time so also Altruis

Pact : weird one. Just the name itself already suggest it should only works on your demon (how destroy enemy called "sacrificial" ? lol) but i dont think this card is problem. Sure, thats 0 mana card but class card suppose to be better neutral and current meta make it relevant, no one care about it before
altruist the outcast requires setup like evis, if you are playing this card on a deck that cant use is not fault of the card, deals free face dmg when you clearn some thread is broken

So i had 80% winrate with demon hunter post nerf (Orange list) starting from 5k legend to 1k and i definitely think that we need at least 3 nerfs
Altruis: he doesn't have to do face damage just feels too good
Pact: makes no sense that you use opponent's minions to make your sacrifice and it is just broken as fuck
Plague of flames: 2 mana seems fair to me
You forget to mention that the power of all these cards is conditional.
Altruis the Outcast requires setup and needs specific cards to be in specific places in your hand

All cards are stronger in some situations than others. Pointing to extreme highrolls doesn't necessarily justify nerfs.

Twin Slice in combination with Altruis the Outcast is frustrating.
I would like to see less high roll Dragonqueen Alexstrasza and Galakrond, the Apocalypse.
Plague of Flames is extremly efficient for it's mana cost.
Frenzied Felwing isn't broken, but double draw from DH and easy way to trigger him is stupid.
Altough in my opinion Shaman and Paladin need buffs. They have low power level kits. No idea how to make it TBH.
Also Kael'thas Sunstrider makes games against druid extremly frustrating.
