The OTKnife relies on the crazy following combination: Knife Juggler, Deathspeaker (on the juggler), Possessed Villager, Grim Patron, Defile. I think it can loop up to 80 time so it is potentially 84 damages. It cost 13 so three tic of Emperor Thaurissan are necessary.

To the people who say this combo is not possible, here is the full cycle. It should work.

The deck does not rely on the OTK only. It is a classical Reno-demonlock with enough control tools and healing to survive well enough. Apart from the OTK you can potentially summon 2 big waves of demons.
