Every turn, Julianne summons a 4/2 Romulo for free.  While this is alive, she is immune, so you have to kill him to hit her face.

She also plays a lot of taunts like Bloodhoof Brave, which will get good value against the zoo-type decks that would ordinarily field enough small creatures to deal with Romulo.

I'm sure that there are elegant token-generation solutions that deal with this problem, but my way is very blunt and effective: Restart the match until I get Innervate and Astral Communion in my opening hand, use these cards to get 10 mana on turn 2, and then bludgeon Romulo and Julianne to death with big-ass cards.

Romulo can attack on Julianne's first turn, and she may be able to protect him with a Mirror Image, which will make him hard to get at for a couple of turns.  Tree of Life allows you to reset, and also heals up some of the useful board-clearing minions like Foe Reaper 4000.
