Strategy:
The strategy is simple, you have to survive until fatigue. But, how? You have a lot of tools for remove minions and you can accelerate the process with the Coldlight Oracle. Play it safe, don't be greedy. Never throw a Coldlight Oracle if you can't Shadowstep it or Gang Up, except you already gang up one of them. Try not to mill yourself with Vanish.
Mulligan:
You ALWAYS want to have the Coldlight Oracle on your starting hand except maybe against an aggro deck where you want aoe removals.
You want the coldlight, yes, but most of the times you don't want to play it until midgame.
Posible changes and substitutions:
If you need more board clear you can do the next changes depending on the amount of AOE you need:
+1 Dark Iron Skulker -1 SI:7 Agent
+1 Dark Iron Skulker -1 Refreshment Vendor
If there are too many control decks you can do the next changes:
-1 Fan of Knives +1 Assassinate
-1 Fan of Knives +1 Big Game Hunter
If you need more heal:
-1 SI:7 Agent +1 Refreshment Vendor
Do you need a three?
- 1 Refreshment Vendor +1 Reno Jackson
or
- 1 SI:7 Agent +1 Reno Jackson
(you need to play this in fatigue or close to it)

If there are too many weapon based deks you can do the next changes depending on what you need or what you have:
-1 SI:7 Agent +1 [card]Acidic Swamp Ooze[/card]
If you don't have Bloodmage Thalnos you can sub it with Kobold Geomancer for spell damage or with Loot Hoarder for card draw (I recomend the kobold)
If you don't have Nat, the Darkfisher you can put in the second Refreshment Vendor and/or some of the cards listed as changes.

Indeed it is. I LOVE, absolutely love mind fk decks. About 8 months ago there was a TOTAL control priest deck that was extremely fun, but became too popular, and the entire meta shifted around it very quickly. What was different about it was that it hardly had any minions in it. Instead, it used the other player's minions and cards against them.
Decks like that make me think of Jace decks from MTG.
To this day, I still try to come up with ways to do things like that. But in the end, they just never work because HS is far too simplistic. It's a great game, it's addicting, I play it more than any other TCG...but it is the least diverse TCG out of any that I am aware of.
Winning by messin' w/ the other player is a lot of fun...I just wish it was more successful here, like it is in other TCG's.
About one win for every 15 matches. I know its a gimmick deck, but just letting others know the stats
I have now ~50% win rate in casual mode :P
If you need more card draw you can put an extra Azure Drake in the place of the Sludge Belcher

Looked fun but doesn't work. Defeated only face hunter, every other deck is just smashing this one.
I play with this and win ~50% of the times. Remember, it's a fun deck, not a competitive one
i really dislike beneath the ground, not only do you not summon a nerubian but he also doesnt activate the draw part of it which means you need to mill more cards
This! 2 are definitely too much. Running 1 Burgle instead.
I recomend not use Burgle or you are going to overdraw yourself :P
EDIT: You can replace Beneath the Grounds with Sabotage, Big Game Hunter, Dark Iron Skulker or Blade Flurry
+1 on Burgle. Its not fitting in this deck but it adds much needed chaos to the deck as well as some crazy scenarios that makes playing the deck way more fun. I added it to my deck as well and havent looked back

burgle CAN backfire, but just dont use it if youre gonna overdraw. best case is using it turn 3 or 4, before the milling begins.

Thalnos sub?
Kobold Geomancer will be a nice sub for Thalnos
Depends which you value more. Sub in a Loot Hoader if you value the 2 mana draw, or the 2 mana kobold for spell power.
If you really like the mill deck though, Thalnos almost is a must have. Actually for nearly all Rogue decks, Thalnos is nearly a must have.
The spell damage is more important than the draw in this case, that's my opinion :P
