Been really using it for a long time, the only Darkmoon substitution is Prize Vendor, but a really useful one.

Naturalize
The best card in the deck and it's what makes it work. Removal with what's usually a disadvantage becomes a mill, and all for 1 mana! If I could put 30 of them in the deck, I would put 29 and a Reno Jackson Tree of Life.

Mistress of Mixtures
Good tempo and heal vs face rush, also comes back from N'Zoth's smooch if you need extra heal later. Against control, just dump this whenever.

Prize Vendor
Previously I used Grove Tender, but the deck is already heavy on 3-drops, so this works so much better tempo-wise.

Coldlight Oracle
It's a Coldlight Oracle. Are you a mill deck or what?

Deathlord
Wins games vs aggro decks. Against control, play it early or if it doesn't die on board, preferably also have Naturalize or Mulch in hand as a backup.

Dancing Swords
Tempo and mill.

Mind Control Tech
He may help a little vs aggro, but he really shines when control deck resurrects like a maniac dumps their minions to free the hand.

Mulch
It's a Sap that costs more but disrupts synergies. Yum, mulch!

Branching Paths
Draw rarely, only when your scarab senses are tingling. Vs control, you will end up in fatigue too, and although your opponent will be deeper into it, armor will matter. Vs aggro, armor  will just matter. If you have a scarab squad that is left unsupervised, count for the letal with attack buffs.

Forest Guide
Not sure what creature this is but it's a sneaky one. Seemingly harmless, it both nears the opponent's doom and gives you more options. Against control, don't play it if it dies on board unless you really need the draw. Must protecc at all costs. Remember that it will mill you if you're on 9 cards.

Poison Seeds
Carefully plan when to use it as this is your only Vanish heavy board clear. Sometimes it's better to stall with taunts or own face, or remove single big minions only. Pair with Starfall or (if desperate) with Spreading Plague.

Swipe
For when the minion is scary enough to remove but pathetic enough to not use Naturalize or mulch. Obviously good vs aggro.

Starfall
Mostly used to clear aisle from treant vomit. Can target single minions lategame if you're low on removal.

Spreading Plague
Where your opponent may read "They're out of resources" it's actually "Meh commit to your board more if you want me to bother with Poison Seeds". Very good to protecc Forest Guide.

Malfurion the Pestilent
Sum board to possibly protect your Forest Guide. Mostly armor up, attack rarely.

N'Zoth, the Corruptor
Oh remember what fun it was when you killed my Swords and Deathlords? Let's do that again!

In combo or aggro meta, Dirty Rat may be useful.
In control meta, consider Sludge Belcher.
If needed, substitute Branching Paths with Ferocious Howl; Malfurion with something armor-y; Mulch with Jasper Spellstone.
