Obviously you want to mulligan for a dragon if you have Firetree Witchdoctor or Cathedral Gargoyle in starting hand.
Focus sort of on board control unless you are controlling the board hard. Since the dragons can dominate things and if you get Bronze Herald and a Dragon Speaker with tempo. Can dominate and just smash face and force them to use lots of removal.
High Priest Thekal is bomb for Nozari its a fun combo. Dont use nozari if you are getting them low and you have lots of health. if thats not obvious. Also works well against the bomb warrior if you can get the armor up and heal lol.
If you dont have Archivist Elysiana you can sub in a Glowstone Technician which can benefit your other cards and dragons if you dont draw your dragon speakers. Anything that you think would be a good 6-8 drop would work as a reasonable sub if you dont have those.

If you havent used Alexstrasza to either win with your big dragons you can always use it to bring your enemies health back down after using Nozari
