NEW VERSION OF THE DECK:

So after testing a lot of different versions and listening to some of your feedback, I have updated the deck to make it more effective in the current meta. It now has more heal and AoE damage. So far the results have been awesome (10-3). See the new version of the deck below:

Update 2:

Meta is becoming full of Baku Rogues so this deck might not perform as well as it used to.

Update:

Current bad matchups are Hunters, Rogues and some versions of Spiteful Druid. I am now testing the deck with the following changes:

- 1 Twilight Acolyte
- 1 Archivist

+ 1 Harrison Jones
+ 1 Obsidian Statue

Introduction:

This deck is a modified version of the "Lady/Keleseth Spiteful Priest" that was shared by Sounder yesterday.

I am currently winning 16-2 (at rank 3) with this deck. What I love about it is that you can quickly out-value most opponents (like Cubelocks, Shamans, mirror matchups, etc...) while easily protecting yourself from most aggressive decks (thanks to all the taunts you have).

If people like the deck and are interested in a more detailed guide, I'd be happy to write one. Just let me know!

Mulligan:

Most of the time, you will want to keep:

- Chameleos (allows you to know what your opponent has in his hand)
- Prince Keleseth (to get his effect early on)
- Northshire Cleric to draw cards (though you can expect Cubelocks or Shamans to play Doomsayer turn 2).
- Smaller taunt minions that you can play on curve (like Stonehill Defender and Tar Creeper), above all if playing vs aggro.
- Duskbreaker (great vs aggro)

Versus mirror matchups, the best is to be able to coin Lady in White turn 5 and play Spiteful Summoner turn 6.

Some Card Info

- Chameleos is an awesome card. In mirror matchups, it helps you copy cards like Spiteful Summoner to create even more value. Versus Cubelocks, you can use it to copy cards like Rin's seal (I did this twice) or cards like Voidlord, Lord Godfrey, etc...

Mossy Horror is great vs more aggressive decks like Baku Paladin (unless they have already boosted their minions). It also helps you clear the board after killing a Voidlord or when a Shaman plays a bunch of Saronite Chain Gang to stop you from attacking his face. Mossy was a key card in several games I played, allowing me to win.

Changes made vs original deck

If you are wondering about the changes I made compared to the original deck:

- Removed one Twilight Acolyte (not that useful based on all the games I did) and added one more Stonehill Defender (it's always great to get one or two Obsidian Statue, depending on the matchups).

- Removed one Cabal Shadow Priest and added one Mossy Horror (I believe clearing the board is more important than stealing a 2-attack minion).

- Removed Spellbreaker (not that useful given the value you get with Lady in White) as well as one Witchwood Grizzly and replaced them by two Wyrmguard.

So far, my two losses were against Baku Hunters. Their upgraded hero power deals too much damage and as the deck does not have any heal, it is hard to stay alive. If I start facing too many hunters, I will have to update the deck with 1-2 heal minions.
