Oh yes, I see Mill Rogue ALL the time. Geez, almost as much as Patron Warrior.
Well the rogue legendaries already are decently good...gotta have a bad one I suppose
They arent decently good....they pretty much never get played.
Van Cleef is the only one that is somewhat playable.
Prince Gallywyx is a card that gives too much advantage to your opponent and the old stealth vancleef would be playable in most rogue decks, but this vancleef is too susceptible to BGH or Silence. Even a rogue card that cost 6 mana that made your hero power gain +1/+1 when used, like the original rogue hero power, would be a better card than this and not absolutely overpowered.
I have played him....and I dont like givne my opponent free mana.
And for your information I dont watch streamers...like....at all. I preffer to play rather than watch. It doesnt take much to see that giving your foe free mana is not something you want to do.
If Gally was good he would be played more often....he is not.
Okay, my question is what rank were you when playing Gally? It can be a decent card for it's stats, but I'd like to see you play that in the current meta where you face hunters that use cheap spells, grim patron, or worse flamewaker mage. Sure you may get one of their cards, but most of the time you will not get something worth the extra coin they receive.
Why is a good 75% of the cards garbage? On a side note, who the hell wants to spend 9 mana for an 8/4 that'll get silenced and killed instantly?
75% of the cards are "garbage" only if you compare them to the current meta. If we assume that the meta will become slower and more control oriented, they suddenly become good. in control vs control, Anub'arak could be played. first of all, its high cost will help you with Joust . furthermore, its true its low health is a vulnerability, but its attack is high enough to make it a threat you must deal with, and if you drop him turn after turn, in addition to the 4/4, the enemy will run out of removal very quickly, or he will have to use a silnce, which in control vs control your silence is something you really want to keep until you must use it.
^ rank 20
for 9 mana cost i found it difficult to believe this cad will be decent outside fatigue scenarios , same as Malorne
This card has the same problem as Gallywix, nothing wrong with him but unless TGT severely changes rogues he won't fit in any of the rogues being played
This is false you will get 2 Nerubians but you will only get 1 Anub in your hand.....why would you want 2 anyway they cost 9 freking mana.
if it works like malorne 2 anub will return to your hand. but as you said whats the point u can only play one of them per turn.
Not too great. If you don't have a silence in hand, I guess it's a little sticky, but it still costs way too much. If it costed 7 mana, it would see a lot more play.
Why do Blizzard insist on printing cards with shit stats. They know 4 Health is not enough, they know when making bad cards, that they are bad, so why even bother. I'm so disappointed.
I don't know, gadgetzan was pretty strong.
Then fuckin hire me Iv'e got tonnes of ideas
I actually like this card. Compared to other cards at 9 mana sure it wont help much but rogue is a high control deck and you basically can deal with anything else. Dude it is a damn 9 mana 13/8 which means your opponent can't play around it. And even if he kills it, another threat will come and kill you. You basically need to play a more minion heavy deck and then it will help you. Would just be happier if it had 5 health instead of just 4
Its nearly not 13\8(at least because 8+4=12) . U can easily deal with 8\4 with Flame cannon,evis,etc..And 4\4 isnt a big problem on turn 9+.Losing tempo on rogue by playing this can just cost the game.Rogue dont need high mana cost legendary without instant effect on the board.
Ultra dissapointed. When i saw this i was like ''HOLY SHIT ANUB'ARAK INSTA VOTE'' but he's basicaly crap.
Being as expensive as 9 MANA this card needs to make something crazy to get the value. Does he do something immedietly? Nope.
What does he do? He returns to your hand. Do you get a mana reducted version of him or stuff like that? Nope.
This guy doesnt have a place in any deck , and to top it off its a rogue card , a class with no purpose of playing him what so ever.
