Has science gone too far?
This may work in my spell hunter deck with his weapon. But at the same time, I expected a better card from the little art snippet before it’s release. Looks can be deceiving.
Who am I?
Nine of your business.
First of all, I would love to see Blizzard introduce dual tribe cards because this looks like a beast-mech and maybe that would provide good synergy. Who knows?
Second, it's decent stats to draw a buttload of secrets from your deck and while I like the concept I feel like it would have been better if it payed secrets instead of just drawing them. Still, it's decent.
Put it this way... the last time Blizzard made a card that played a bunch of secrets from your deck they ended up having to print Eater of Secrets. Of course, Chief Inspector is a tech option nowadays, but still.
Who is he? None of your business.
Oh god, Putricide and I just got an instant boner! What a card, definitely help secret Hunter!
well, that's comforting to know. Now let's give the dinosaurs LSD and see what happens then

beatiful card bad battlecry
Keep in mind guys, this is the fabled card draw for hunter.
it blows my mind how stingy blizzard's getting. Now they're actually making draw mechanics legendary, like the warlock draw 3 spell... WHY???? You can't do that! Card draw is supposed to be cheap because it's the backbone of any deck. This expac already looks like the worst yet with all of the power creep. It's like they're going backwards back to everything that was un-fun that people complained about in the past.... RIP Ben Brode
Honestly though, this might be what Professor Putricide needs to have a spot in a deck. the card was pretty decent as is, but there was just no real deck to put it in.
This card by itelf might be good enough to run a secret-focussed deck in Hunter (Secretkeeper and Lesser Emerald Spellstone are already powerful cards). You can curve right into Putricide + secret for decent value.
Might not be great, but it might just be good enough for tier 3.
I wouldn't be surprised if this was the man-made dinosaur for the 3rd Jurassic World Movie
Looks like a dinosaur on crack
that's just about the scariest thing I can possibly imagine.
Imagine a city where cracked-out velociraptors are running amok. DO YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF A RAPTOR STARTS TO HALLUCINATE?

Potentially this is on an Ultimate Infestation powerlevel for secret decks:
5 Mana 4/4 Battlecry: Draw 5 cards.
Even decks just running a few-offs would welcome this. Freeze mage in wild would be happy about drawing all their Ice-blocks, so even if you don't draw 5 secrets it's still pretty good.
At worst you can view it as a stop to topdecking secrets, which often can be a dead draw.
Some decks run Hemet, Jungle Hunter when they want to to draw specific cards after getting to the late game; getting to keep removed cards is a lot of value in those cases.
This beast seems to be pretty strong.
Countess Ashmore also seemed to be really good. According to HS-Replay, she is only seen in 0,3% of decks.
In comparison, The Curator is in more than 1% of decks in wild, even though it has worse stats and places more limits on getting max value (e.g. draw a murloc vs draw a lifesteal card) - taunt just gives it instant board presence.
Even though Ashmore seems more powerful, it being slow makes it a risky inclusion, making the Battlecry not worth it anymore.
Similar to Big Game Hunter, at some point Battlecries no longer justify the mana cost.
Secrets usually find home in more tempo-driven decks (Secrets Paladin, Secrets Mage, Secrets Hunter where aggro or midrange decks).
Maybe a 5 Mana 4/4 is not good enough because you also have to pay for the secrets - it's basically a worse Mysterious Challenger
I guess we'll just need to wait and see.
Hi, I think is an amazing card in a heavy oriented secret deck but not paladin. the more expensive the secret the better the draw.
Pointless, fun, at least it's not terrible
I have an idea of who engineered this abobination
