Card Clarifications
- Yogg's Battlecry effects all potential targets, including your own hero. (Source)
- Yogg is able to hit himself with the spells cast. If he dies during the Battlecry, it will still continue. (Source)
- This is no longer the case. If Yogg kills himself, the spells stop.

You've clearly never played MTG or even elder scrolls legends/shadow verse if you think RNG in those games is even comparable to how it is in hearthstone. This card was starting to decide entire tournaments. If a big rng fest cost you to lose even a $500 prize you would be fuming too. Hearthstone is for more than just casual players
I know how HS is way more random than the other card games. Maybe you should take it less seriously knowing this.
And no, HS was meant to be casual in the first place, but there are tournaments and "big/official" tournaments, because it is Blizzard and they obviously want to make the game bigger.
All they had to do was just ban this single card for the tournaments, and yet they chose to take fun away from casual player base instead which is the vast majority.
Frogg Saron > Noggenfrogger
I was playing a very bad version of Resurrect Priest against a Malygos Druid at Rank 19 (?). I Thoughtstealed his Yogg. I played it and i got a board clearer, lots of secrets, card draw and Call of the Wild.
He plays his own Yogg. Cast Shadowstep on itself.
I love when RNG helps the ones that don't deserve it.
no 1 meme card
Yolo Yogg is best, always saves my Ass :D
I spell your DOOM!... Y-O-U-R-D-O-O-M!
nerfed ;)
The best Yogg experience that just happened in a Jade Druid mirror match:
I had 3 Jade golems of on board, ranging from 7 to 9 in size, which is hard to deal with for a Druid.
My opponent played Yogg in hope of a boardclear, Yogg came on board, said his line, cast Shadowstep on himself, and was gone. Like in a theatre: "Guys, is it my time yet? No? Sorry..."
Insta Concede.
I discovered Varian Wrynn, and i got Yogg from it, worst feeling ever xD
i have yogg saron :D
he's the lord of RNG. XD
omg u noob thats nouginfrogger
This rarely goes well.. But it is still so fun to play and hope...
Maybe that's why they called it Hope's End
When your Yogg kills itself three times in a row :(
*Plays Yogg after casting 15 spells*
Casts Pyroblaston itself
:|
Thanks Yogg ! I was desperate as druid against a Obnoxious Freeze Mage and put Every thing in board to kill them as fast as possible. Of course the 2 ice barriers and the 2 ice blocks along with the spells freezing my minions was not enought to make me win against that broken not interactive freeze deck.
as i was about to lose, one of the only 3 spells you cast, was Eye for an Eye when the mage was about to frost bolt and use the combos to kill. the eye for an eye ignores his ice block and killed him. Good job ! Lol
Bow Down before the God of RNG!
What nerf?
Even after the nerf, still one of my favorite cards and still performs well in a lot of panic situations. Praise Yogg!!!
After the nerf, this was my %50 of the experience:
But still, what a fun way to skip a turn right? Thanks Blizzard for creating a new concede buttton.
