- Charrrrrge is the same keyword as Charge, it's just cooler. (Source)
Charrrrrge
Costs (1) less for each friendly Pirate.
What's more boss than riding a parrot with a jawbone for a shoulderpad while wielding a giant hook-lance-thing and wearing a pirate hat? NOTHING.

I got him and a Southsea Captain in Captain Blackheart's Treasure brawl, I won, fast.
I have a golden. Should I DE and craft Justicar?
Pirate decks aren't viable in the current meta and probably won't be for a long time.
It's safe to disenchant for now
The only thing Pirate decks need to get a little more viable is a Pirate that summons Pirates.
That way, pirate synergy is more guaranteed to hit and THIS guy will get a lot of discount.
IMO I would rework captain's parrot. Maybe add a random pirate/pirate from your deck, it costs (1) less, or something like that. Sadly, blizzard's stance on reworking non-essential cards is not very helpful.
The easiest 400 dust I ever got.
"What??? 4/6 charge for 7 mana???"
Let's compare this to Druid of the Claw on charge mode. If you have one pirate, this has 2 more health and costs 1 more. If you have more than one pirate, this guy has more health for the same cost.
Not a bad card... but Pirate decks still don't QUITE have enough tools to be viable.
You're forgetting that mostly rogues run this card, and that most rogues will run shadow step in conjunction with this card.
That means that once you stick 3 Pirates on the board this card can be a 12 Damage finisher akin to pre-nerf Leory
the wrong stats? this card was made to be oiled and survive at least one more turn for increased value lol
The funniest thing about this is that we have more people arguing about what "charrrrge" means rather than discussing the actual card.
The description is vague. So does that mean 1 less per friendly pirate out on the board? Or, in the deck? Or, in my hand? Or in the deck and in my hand? Or, on the board and in my hand? Or, in the deck and on the board?
If nothing special is mentioned it means usually on the board. So here the amount of pirates on your side of the board does matter.
Another crappy Legendary.
The chances that he will ever Chaaaarge into anything are pretty low...
This is a depressing card
Sounds as an interesting card, wonder how many more pirates we will see to make any conclusion about it how useful this card can be.
Does Blizzard's intentionally put the keyboard Charrrrge there ?
I mean we all know the reference, but really, Blizzard ?
That's not even a joke :(
It could confuse new players (the one who just play cards and does not go to forums/obtain further knowledge at all).
On a bright side, that keyword should be a new keyword, for Pirate-theme decks.
Charrrrrge: Summons all your Pirate cards from your hand and give it a Charge.
Instead of "charrrrrge" should be "all of your pirates has charge" and "cost (1) less for each friendly pirate played" them i will belive in pirate decks
I think Charrrrrge has something special, like, I was thinking that when you play him, you summon all the other pirates in your hand, and thet all have charge. It kinda makes sense, when a pirate shouts "CHARRRRRGE" all the other pirates go with him, and considering this guy is the captain, they better do so lol
