Thank you for all that effort you are giving for us!
I appreciate the player who brought Spiteful Druid, which when it works well, can take out a lot of the other decks. Unfortunately he brought Spiteful Priest also, and is out of the tourney. The decks aren't the most consistent, and you can get screwed with bad draws more than the other decks at the tourney. Bringing one is fine, and perhaps the ones that just brought one Spiteful deck will do fine.
Actually this is the most Control meta I remember. Ppl can't complain about Aggro...
...Guess what... Ppl are complainig about Control :D
Best Regards
Funny how half the decks are teched in with Geist and no one played Jade.
Geist help against control lock a lot if you manage to play it on turn 5 with coin is simple gg.
Geist = Evolve Shaman auto concede
When you can ban warlock it really gives you some nice alternative deck options haha.
any year rotation announcement can be expected on this event?
Quest Druid PogChamp
interesting card split.
good to see a new class on the forefront again. 16 cards listed: 6 warlock, 2 paladin, 1 mage, 7 neutral.
Warlock dominant, and cubelock heavy. Wondering when the salt threads for lock nerfs will start hitting like a tidal wave, as did with quest rogue, jade druid, razakus priest.
It's not cubelock heavy. Most of the warlocks are control, as seen in the chart. Cube is not in popular epics and 2 of the top legendaries are run in controlock over cubes
Also, the people calling for warlock nerfs actually started right when the Patches round of nerfs were announced. Everyone was expecting lock to get nerfed along with Raza/Patches and when that didn't happen, it was pretty obvious in advance that warlock was going to be dominant
Quest Rogue is actually a pretty solid deck atm and Jade Druid would be good still if pretty much every deck didn't have a Geist or two in it. Warlock needs hit so that decks without heavy tech against them can compete against control warlock. Until that happens you will continue to see Warlock brought by every player and banned by every player.
Oh I never said anything about a healthy meta, it was more cynicism, this is the same circular pattern every expansion/nerf/rotation. Which is where I was pointing out the aforementioned decks. One deck will always jump to the 'must play' deck to hit tier 1/legend and will monopolize the ladder.
I agree completely with you: "Until that happens you will continue to see Warlock brought by every player and banned by every player."
Fenom's gotta be my favorite for this tournament. How can one person handle so much memes ? :-D
Quite dissapointed on the Cubelock list though. A true memer uses Carnivorous Cube on nothing but Weasel Tunneler !
My best guess is that he's using that to get the ban every time, so he can meme even harder.
Meme? He is by far the most favorite for this tournament in my opinion. Wtf...
I usually come to this site with my phone
I love the feeling when the first card to see by scrolling down the page isn't Patches haha
