Thanks for the reply. I mean, this is one of the greediest decks I have seen in this expansion. How well do you do against aggro and midrange decks?
I do admit my diction was a bit misleading. I did not mean to suggest that this deck was a joke or anything along the line, just that it comes across me as being flawed in a major way, seeing aggro is the perpetual meta of Hearthstone. In fact I love me some wallet decks, one of goals when deckbuilding that I would not like to admit is that I try to use the maximum number of legendaries possible. I'm the kind of person that wants to put Jarraxus and Lich King into a zoolock deck because I don't think the number of legendary in my deck is high enough.
Back on topic. I made the following adjustments. I'm not suggesting you should listen to my advice, I just wanted to share my opinion here.
No offense to the creator but can anyone confirm this is a real deck? I keep feeling like this will get run over by every aggro deck as well as jade druid and murloc paladin (which is like, 50% of the ladder right now).
I tried this myself in unranked but my unranked MMR is fucked and I get matched against people whose entire deck may or may not contain any non-basic cards.
For some reason I'm now matched against people with cards like Bloodfen Raptor in paladin in causal. And they are not smurfs either, I can clearly see. Has someone else's causal MMR been reset?
P.S. I have been making decks designed only to complete daily quests (decks like 30 1 mana cards or 30 class cards) that should have 0% win rate (astonishingly I have won games with decks like that thanks not to me). Maybe the game notices that and think I'm a new player? I don't think that's how matchmaking works but it seems to be the only reasonable explanation.
Yeah N'zoth dragon is the other kind of control dragon warrior, but I don't like it since you can't play too many dragon synergy cards to make room for deathrattle cards. That does not make it worse though, it's a matter of preference.
That is really hard to say since they are of different deck archetypes, which in turn means they perform differently against different opponents. Try them all out and go with your favorite :P
I made this deck. So far it has worked pretty well, but I would like some comments on it. I would say the unique thing about this deck is that it is missing staple cw cards like Acolyte of Pain or Slam in favor of a higher dragon count of 8.
Theoretically it is great against midrange and aggro decks due to the variety of cards that deal with small minions, but I say theoretically because it doesn't have much draw, since I couldn't fit Acolyte of Pain or Slam in the deck. Against control it mainly relies on Brann Bronzebeard + Netherspite Historian (or 2) to discover giant dragons, although it still can't beat extremely greedy decks.
I have been wanting to fit Acolyte of Pain and Revenge in the deck, but don't know what cards to replace. I don't run Chillmaw only because I don't have it. Any comment or advice are appreciated.
Is it a bad idea to have no slam or blood to ichor in control warior? I'm using a control dragon deck and want to replace slam with alexstrasza's champion. 2 mana 3/3 charge is just too good, even if you charge her to her death immediately.
I really want to include doomsayer since I play lots of Reno (and therefore lots of doomsayer), but am reluctant since few cw decks run it. I'm not a fun of revenge or bash, revenge because control warrior doesn't get down to 12 hp much and bash because it is 3 mana deal 3 damage. Which one should I use? Does it even matter?
NO, the only reason Chillmaw is included in decks nowadays is because of N'zoth, If you wouldn't mind, can I see your current decklist so I can make a suggestion? If not, keep in mind that Dragon Warrior is usually Aggro/Midrange
Cheers
I know dragon warrior is a tempo deck, I'm just deliberately going for a control variant because control is my thing. I wasn't really making any innovations with my deck so I don't think you would see anything unusual there, I do have 2 Alexstrasza's champion, gorehowl and grommash, no acolyte or blood to ichor in my deck but it is still up to revision.

Lich King can be replaced by Ysera but they don't exactly fulfill the same role.

Ideally Amara is your greater healing potion, I would not suggest fitting the potion in because this deck is already way too heavy on 4's.

What is stonehill defender doing in this deck? What is it trying to discover? Lich King and Obsidian statue? Why not play tar creeper instead?
