Some time back Kripp jokingly said that blizzard will nerf force of nature to "summon 3 2/2". His prophecy came true! Holy shit this balance change is blowing my mind.
I've recently been thinking about putting azure drake in my paladin deck (mainly because it's a combo deck and I need lots of card draws). I feel like this isn't the most popular idea, as azure drake is pretty much only played by mage, rogue, shaman, priest and druid. (Not that it's not a popular card, but I don't think I have ever seen a pally play it outside of arena.)
So I would like to hear your opinion: is a 5 mana 4/4 draw one (ignoring spell damage and tribe) constructed-worthy?
in this meta? handlock can be easily wrecked by combo druid, secret pala, aggro shaman before you can play your wall of taunts...
reno deck have less threats, but reno can save your ass from spell burst.
At this moment imho renolock>handlock
but im not sure.
thanks for feedback, tbh I'm not surprised reno is better, healing to full health is just too good an effect for a control deck, and the one-of restriction isn't that big of a sacrifice (or any at all, if you consider the variety that it brings). I'm only curious if anyone else is thinking reno is *objectively* better than handlock.
I have heard people saying that renolock is objectively better (or almost objectively better) than handlock, but I can't remember where that came from.
So I wonder what is the general public's opinion on comparison between these 2 decks?
the winner of the brawl will be the one with the more present every single time
While I do regret the brawls that get reduced to a single dominant archetype before the weekend, I regard the very point of a Brawl like this to make the deck that's the best at exploiting the twist, as in getting the most presents. That's what I love about constructed brawls.
that is true, I agree. The problem is that I think the best deck for this brawl is just a little bit too obvious.
as a counter example, ppl loved playing priest in heart of the sunwell (turn 1 10 mana) brawl, but few would dare say priest is objectively best in the brawl, as we do now.
It should have been premade. regardless of whether you play fast or slow, the winner of the brawl will be the one with more presents almost every single time. This means that decks good at opening presents are objectively better than others and I'm already seeing nothing but warlocks (maybe I just suck, they win vs me with rogue every single time).
Jaraxxus is a win condition in control matchups. That being said, there are a lot of lists without him, so he's not mandatory. (Some lists run Ragnaros, if you have him)

I came across people playing battlecry decks with brann in the first few matches, but now it's just cancer with knife jugglers.
Why innovate when you can just zerg your opponent down with magma ragers?

keep in mind I only opened 30 packs.

Bravo blizzard, bravo.

I have so many fireballs that I can't sacrifice my apprentices to get coins in order to cast them.
First world problem at its finest...

Hi all,
I'm having trouble filling my renolock deck, so I'm thinking about getting a doomsayer. Could anyone tell me if that is a good idea?
Thanks,

a "show only owned golden cards" option would also be nice for those of us that don't pay hundreds of dollars and want to get rid of golden cards.
