Defeated him on the first attempt. This deck is perfect for heroic Kel'Thuzad. The turn by turn steps is amazing. I had light well for my opening, I didn't have any Light of the Naaru right away but I ended up not needing it. I cast tournament medic on turn 4, i didnt' have power word shield, but I just cast divine spirit instead. I then had death lord for the next turn, so the delay was in my favour.
Beat Heroic Thaddius on my 5th attempt with this deck. I did not have some cards I instead included Icehowl, Faceless Manipulator, replacing 2nd Big Game Hunter & Molten Giant. The key is mulligan for a good opening, and being able to take some big hits to pull off the right play next turn.
Play about 10 games in ranked to get to know a deck. On turn 4 expect Paladin to Consecration, turn 5 expect Priest to Holy Nova; hold back until you can survive it with Power of the Wild. However, I usually look forward to the opponent popping an egg or two. I find that casual is a mixed bag of experiments, and so I have a better win rate with this deck on ranked than casual. I would swap out one or both innervate, as they tempt you to swarm the board too early and be not useful later on.
