No problems with partners. Beat it a few times so I could try out Rogue. Only problem I had is the difficulty is too low. Wish it was more of a challenge.
So my run should have ended at 7 wins. My deck really isn't that strong, it's too slow if I don't get a lucky draw.
Paladin had the tempo on me and I had a bad mulligan. Very few good low-cost cards to begin with. So, turn 3 he already had 3 small minions on the board, I played Violet Haze into Twig of the World Tree. Played the Twig on turn 4 and activated it on turn 5 with 15 health left. I really shouldn't have won that game.
My gf got a free Dr. Boom and I got a free Luna. From my free 3 packs I opened a Celestia, then from my first arena pack I opened Flobbidinous Floop. Happy with my luck, but I'll probably be dusting the first two.
Edit: Not that anyone cares, but I don't have much gold saved up since I haven't played in a few years. Might buy some packs after my son is back in school.
I started this arena yesterday and just finished up a few minutes ago with 12-0! Nearly every game felt like no contest. This deck just played that well.
I love it. It's great to get a group of friends together to tackle a raid, 3 or 4v1. The overpowered raid decks are a lot of fun. Basically one player controls the "adventure" and boss battles are consecutive, all one fight. They came with loot packs that had rare equipment etc that you are supposed to open after you defeat the raid.
Here is a picture of some of the goods I mentioned.
This is my first time posting in a while, but I've been active on Hearthstone with a few breaks here and there but I always browse the forums here. I thought you all might appreciate this.
Just found unpacked a box from storage with 1k+ World of Warcraft TCG cards by Cryptozoic, including starter and raid decks.
About to have a Tavern-Brawl-style boss battle between Magtheridon's Lair and Molten Core. Winner faces Naxxramas!
I forgot how cool the oversized boss cards are.
Shazzrah, Flamewaker: When you flip him, you drop the /huge/ card from at least 3 ft above play, deal 5 damage to any hero or ally he lands on. Seems like Blizz has always been a fan of RNG lol
I also found found sealed mini Feast of Winter Veil cards, a Tiny Snowman and Winter Reindeer.
Has anyone else been playing with these recently?
On my phone atm I will try to upload some pictures later.
Mana curve is important but not always a deal-breaker. Here is my first arena of the day and it has a terrible curve. Sure, I won't go 12 wins, but I didn't expect to get my gold back.
Why do you keep suggesting there is no interaction with armor? It's not like someone can armor up and there is nothing you can do to remove it. Damage the hero and the armor is removed. That's interaction. Just because there is no card that directly say "remove x armor" does not mean that there is nothing to counter it. Counter to shield-block? Fireball.
This isn't balanced, but it's something. It wouldn't be a dead card because you can use it on yourself if the opponent has no armor. If the opponent has 30 armor, it's a huge hit.
Direct damage from spells and minions directly interact with armor, just saying. It's also interactive because warriors take damage while attacking. Don't get me wrong, I do agree with you that there should be some tech card to remove some armor or bypass it. A downside to using armor though? I think that's a terrible idea.
I'm 11-2 with the druid below. Would anyone care to spectate and give some tips on arena play? Not asking anyone to tell me what to do, I'd like critique on my plays. I've been gone since Naxxramas and this would be my first arena win since I've come back.

Another 12 win paladin. Honestly, I didn't think this deck would go that far. Lost my first at 4-0, and second at 6-1. The last 6 were pretty tough.

Longest game: 19 turns, shortest game: 4 turns (he conceded), average game: 11 turns
Opponents I faced: 1 Warlock, 2 Priest, 2 Shaman, 2 Warrior, 5 Paladin

When your opponent spends every turn using emotes instead of making good plays.

Proof that Baron Rivendare is on the board? You could have explained this a little better.
Is it that the opponent traded Feugen for your Stalagg and you both received Thaddius, but he got two because of Rivendare?
