If you are facing a lot of aggro, you can consider placing Volcanic Potion or two here, also don't forget to mulligan for Tar Creeper. You have a lot of removals too, so don't be greedy and fireball that 2 health murloc if it could be a threat. Only aggro deck that is problem for me with this deck is Murladin, well, but it's obvous that 1k dust deck is not a real match for 10k one.

Definitely, if you place her into original decklist, you will rapidly improve your winrate. You can replace her for Shimmering Tempest, Thunder Lizard or Water Elemental, whatever works the least for you.

Well it is possible to be compensated even if you opened only 10 packs and you didn't get epic card which is too part of pity timer. If it is as you said I believe, that you will get the dust soon.

Mana Addict- I was actually considering this one, but 100 or 200 dust is actually 1/5th of the whole deck price and I still preffer permanent buff over temporary. But yeah it is a good one and fits this deck for sure.

Tortollan Forager - This one is a bit tricky. I used to run it in my meta aggro druid deck, but i found it little slow and usually you want to finish game by turn 6/7 and this card won't help you with it (well, it can, if it drops something like Leeroy Jenkins, but honestly what are the odds?).

Questing Adventurer - This one is really interesting, I wasn't even thinking about it tbh. 3-drop won't hurt you and it can uncontrollably snowball itself in no time. Are you by any chance a Miracle Rogue player :) ? However I might give it a chance myself in my meta deck.

If those packs were from one set and you didnt get a single Legendary then yes, you were affected by bug and you should and most possibly will get dust.

I highly  doubt that there is  someone manualy sending dust to players. They certainly have tons of data of all players and process is most possibly automated so, NO, they didn't forget about you. If you should have open a legendary/epic card and you didn't, you get 2000 dust, simple as that. So stop whining.

Edit: Moreover Pity Timer is set related, so if you opened 39 classic packs then 39 WOG packs then 39 MSG packs and then 39 UNG packs so 156 packs in total you are still not guaranteed by Pity Timer to get Legendary, even tho this is very extreme example.

Yes you can. Check the updated High-end replacements spoiler for more. If you don't know what to throw out from deck as these replacements have conflict tho, just throw any minion at same (+/- 1) cost that doesn't fit your playstyle or is not good enough for you so far. 

My plan is to grind as high as possible untill expansion kicks in with meta aggro decks. After then I am most possibly going for elemental mage with Frost Lich Jaina or Big Druid and maybe Quest Mage if there will be a ton of control decks.
