But FYI few decks beat Warrior anyways. Also Phaoris Druid does pretty well against other decks.
no, i did not play your list, but i played a lot of normal quest druid and highlander quest. to win against a warrior, u have to put constantly pressure on him. With your deck it's nearly impossible to do that. but i believe u do well against other decks
Wanted to hear other people’s experiences with Chef Nomi Quest Druid. I tried it but what I found was that the game was already decided one way or the other before Nomi was playable or relevant.
My guess is that it is unnecessary in 99 percent of your matches and would be better replaced with something that shores up your weaknesses.
Anyone else having a similar experience?
Yup, I tried Nomi and King Phaoris and neither did significant results to warrant their slot (they were there mostly for control matchups).
Quest druid struggles vs aggro and can't outgrind control decks (in my experience only). So why play it? It's fun for sure but...
Quest Druid does fine against aggro tbh. I also play King Phaoris, but not as an extra win con. Only Control Warrior is almost unwinable because all the removal it has...
This ^^ I've been having an absolute blast with my latest Quest Paladin version. Only 6 games in, but yet to lose with it. In particular, it steamrolls Control Warriors extremely well.
The rogue qiest is mediocre at best just gets outbeaten by druid, shaman which are the best ones. That Said quests beeing different in strengh is nothing new in ungoro was the same.
I dunno, they both seem really weak to pressure. I haven't lost to either. The Rogue quest is just really good for board control and I really think when things settle it's gonna be in a better spot than Quest Shaman or Quest Druid (Though I'm looking forward to playing with quest druid. It's not the strength difference that perplexes me, it's the weird requirement imbalance that does.
I have not lost a single game against Rogue until now with Quest Druid, not even with Highlander Quest Druid. The Problem with the Rogue Deck is, that it is all about reactive plays and then hope for a good Tess. Quest Rogue needs another gameplan to be a solid deck
I've only seen tempo rogue style versions I guess.
Side note, how is quest highlander druid working for you? It's on my list of decks to try out.
It's very good in my opinion, but i'm not playing a true highlander deck. i play a few very good cards twice, but i never had any problems with that

i was yesterday at heroic vs khadgar, he had 7 elementals on board and hit me with 8 frostbolts face. first wisdomball healed me, so i didn't die. next turn i got khadgar to 1 life remaining, he had iceblock up. i was at 40 life and he hit me with pyroblast face, still a few elementals up. i thougt i'm dead, but wisdomball appears and said: "i know a time where iceblock was standard" and saved me. thanks to that i won the next turn.
