From my experience, Big Priest players are usually the dumbest out there, since you dont really need a brain to win with it.

I will just leave this here
The only reason why tempo/aggro rogue is not a tier 1 deck with over 58% winrate is because of control warrior existing and yet people are targeting the wrong class LOL.
Let’s see a list of possible nerfs include:
Preparation> change it to 1 mana.
Backstab > change it to 1 mana or deal 1 damage
Raiding party > change it to 4 mana.
SI agent > change it to 4 mana
Myra’s unstable element> let’s make it 7 mana, why not?
Evil miscreant > change it to 4 mana.
EdWin van cleef> make it 4 mana.
4 mana taunt pirate> change it to 5 mana
What else am I missing?
Oh boy, someone here is reeeeeeally hates rogue and wants them to have 10% winrate

Its kinda meh in my experience. Turns out there are A LOT of situative spells. Often spending my turn on 7 mana 5/5 just wasnt worth that 2 spells. Maybe she ll be better in future, but for now - it is quite mediocre
P.S. you definetly want to craft hero card first, she is much better than this one

He is the classic class legendary, he should be always be relevant, or at least in some metas. The other class legendaries pop up again in decks, seemingly by design(see king crush with Katarina)
Jaraxxus wasnt around for 2 years, just because DK was better, and only now began see some play. Cenarius is pretty much anti-control tech for token decks, so unless there will be strong synergy with something he can still be not played for a loooong time. Whatever, he will still be used more often than Jaraxxus in KOFT. I dont see any problem here.

Buy all the RoS, craft the needed legendaries and epics from other sets. Thats the most efficient long-term investment. After that, hoard gold to the next expansion. It should be around 8k, which is pretty good.

Or maybe just dont create such polarizing archetypes like Big priest or Mill rogue. You are accusing wild players in lack of skill yet Big Priest can be piloted to the legend by the braindead monkey. The deck plays itself, really.
As for tech cards... So you are telling me if I want to have a chance to win against Big priest, I have to run the tech specifically against them? No shit, Sherlock. But you know what? Anti-big priest tech SUCKS. Heres a little anecdote. Some time ago I was playing DMH warrior, and that list had 2x Cornered Sentry, just because it has good synergy with the rest of the deck. So I met a Big priest and managed to summon and kill all possible 6 raptors by turn 6, thinking it ll help. Silly me, If only would I know that Eternal Servitude counts types of dead minions, but not quantity, meaning if Priest have 1 Ysharaaj and 10 Raptors, he will have 2 choises to discover and not 11. Why? Just why? Am I supposed to play several different anti - priest techs? Thats just silly. Noone would ever do that, Big priest is not some quality higher tier deck entitled to have several techs. It is just a broken deck working on broken mechanics.
You ask why noone plays Saronite Taskmaster ? Simple, because this card is terrible against all decks BUT Big priest. Wow, lets all run tech against one deck instead of aknowledging a fact that core mechanics of it are broken and nerfing it, sure.
