I wonder if it works like Twilight Drake, where it counts your hand size before the minion is fully engaged on the board and thus would count towards the minion cost. Probably the same but if not, remember Twilight Drake.
You are wrong about drake. It looks at card after being played.
If you have 10 card in hand and play drake it has 10 Hp but that is because it start with 1 hp.
Its 1+9=10

Even in unnerfed versions, I don't think they would have been viable in any format today. Blame these guys, heal, armor and lifesteal cards:
About the full-face aggro decks, it has annoyed me too that obvious tempo/midrange decks like odd paladin is called aggro, but I have almost come to peace with it knowing aggro is a fairly relative term. Even if the most aggressive face decks are not viable, some decks are still more aggressive than others.

Why do they keep printing "add random spell" cards? They are super inconsistant, and not very fun to play nor play against.
I know you want to show off all that artwork of useless cards, but come on...

Yes, it is cool, but I am not sure what the win condition for a Wild deck like that would be. You can't run more big guys than big priest, grind value better than cubelock and Jade druid, otk better than exodia mage... Anyfin with Reno? Something midrange?

I wouldn't say so...

-Wild decks with only class cards for each class.
-Do the same with NO class cards.
-Find the best deck with exclusively cards of one rarity (free, common, rare, epic, legendary.)

Locked for obvious reasons.

I ran 10k today, and that implies that I ran 8k first. I think the wording is perfectly fine. It is not like you lose quest rewards if you keep doing the quests after you completed them either, so it is even consistant for the game. I would not consider exact minion stat requirements for cards like Star Aligner.
Anyway, Kaladin is right, this discussion is boring.
On topic:
For max value, an odd mage would have to spend 8 mana by turn 7 on heropowers, which is quite a lot! Without major additional synergies, this is hardly a powerhouse...

The best combo I could come up with is a 2-minion only deck for wild, maybe run 2x Arcane Giant and Malygos for backup.
Turn 6: This + eat The Darkness+Conceal
Turn 7: Sap+Cold Blood x2 (or Eviscerate + other spells for the otk.

I like that it is even. Most dragon warrior decks have been tempo based, so it should not matter that much. You want draw cards as cheap as possible, so 4-cost instead of 5 is a big deal, especially if some strong cheaper dragons come along!

There are no that many people playing at high ranks, so small metagames are forming with rapid changes. Chosing the right deck to be one step ahead of the rest is an important part of the game. Your 3 opponents were ahead of you.
