Cheaper cube without having to trigger a deathrattle. One of the best cards in the set, no doubt.
Cube gave you specific minions, this is random. That being said the versatility of a straight up kill a minion, no requirements no setup, is strong. The random aspect might keep it out of competitive play though, if you use this on an opponent's bigger minion rng can have you auto lose, though that's worst case scenario.
Yep, you're right, I was in a hurry and misread it :P Not quite as powerful as I initially thought lol
Kibler always does a good job with the reveal streams. Still 60ish cards that we haven't seen from the new set!
Here's what I'd prefer though, rather than a live reveal stream where Kibler pilots 3 decks against Chakki, mix it up and bring in Zalae and Firebat to do a best of 5 against each other in a pre-recorded stream. Have Frodan and Kibler commentate on it, talk about the new cards as they're being drawn and played.
I think that would be a much cleaner, more interesting way to show off the new cards. Pre-recorded so they can edit it down a little bit, make sure there are no technical difficulties or bugs.
Interesting that they would push Mech Deathrattle synergy so soon after Boomsday. With Play DeadTerrorscale Stalker and Spiritsinger Umbra rotating out, they probably have more design space to explore. It doesn't seem very good to me, though. Unless we get some really insane synergy.
Cool that Shudder will both copy the effect of the Horror you played and also add a new one with random spells to your hand. This might be a little slow, but that's a fun effect.
I do think a shorter card reveal season is better, because once it starts, it's almost non-stop reveals until the expansion hits, I just wish they did a better job at communicating when reveals will be starting. The awkward pauses between announcement and reveals are always kind of annoying.
I'm always excited for new mechanics, but I'm a little worried they're going to overcost most of the Twinspell cards and none of them will really end up seeing play.
Forest's Aid is (in my opinion) by FAR the worst card we've seen yet and has little to no chance of ever being playable competitively.

Hunter has been pretty good for a while now. I guess Blizzard thought it was time to give them shitters.

Ehhh, there are better ways to spend 8 mana than summoning some Treants.
