There are many problematic cards in the classic set IMO, and Divine Spirit isn't one of them. Especially now that Shadow Visions rotated. The card is fine.
I've been playing control Shaman exclusively since the expansion came out. Swampqueen Hagatha is a lot of fun, but seems really bad right now. I may have underestimated Archivist Elysiana, seems essential for control decks right now, but that could change if bomb warrior gets pushed out of the meta.
Omega Mind seems like it will see play now that Healing Rain rotated, it's pretty damn good with the scheme.
I reallllly want to try my meme Chef Nomi Shaman deck. I just don't know if I want to craft Chef Nomi if I don't open him in a pack today.
Basically, the idea is that I will draw a bunch of cards using Soup Vendor and Witch's Brew. Zilliax, Walking Fountain, Rotten Applebaum and Lifedrinker will keep me alive and also draw cards if I have Soup Vendor in play.
When my deck is empty, slam Nomi down. If my opponent clears, Shudderwock will resummon, gain a bit of life and give a few of my Greasefire Elementals taunt.
Countess Ashmore, Bloodmage Thalnos and Mana Tide Totem also help draw through my deck. Storm Chaser will increase the consistency of Hagatha's Scheme.
Probably Heistbaron Togwaggle and Unseen Saboteur Togwaggle I might wait a few days if I don't open it. I'm assuming I'll open at least one Saboteur, but if I don't, I'll definitely craft one tomorrow.

On it's own, it's meh, but when you pair it with Raiding Party and Dread Corsair, Waggle Pick is stupidly powerful.
I guess that would be my pick.

My gut is telling me XiaoT

Eventually, Barista Lynchen I think will be the one that will see the most play.
Keeper Stalladris will also be a staple in a lot of Druid decks.

I'm sure Elise will be in there.

Oh, I thought that quest was only for players who are returning to the game after not playing for a while.
That's amazing if everyone gets it.

I don't think any cards from Rise of Shadows is going to get nerfed.
Preparation and Scavenging Hyena might be on their radar though.

Honestly, I think that's only because we're not being guided in a specific direction with this set and rotation like we were with previous expansions.
Un'Goro had quests
Frozen Throne had DKs
Kobolds had weapons
Those sets (and Witchwood w/Genn & Baku) gave us more obvious build-around cards. With those cards going away, the decks to build are less obvious.

In your opinion, what are the overrated and underrated cards from Rise of Shadows?
I'd say
Overrated:
Mana Cyclone
Togwaggle's Scheme
Archivist Elysiana
Underrated:
Shadowy Figure
Spellbook Binder
Unleash the Beast

I thought the same thing actually, when RR released, it kind of takes a bit of the magic out of the first days of the expansion.

The first deck I'm playing is a value control Shaman.
