The only thing that makes it tempting is the 20 extra packs. Even then I'm unsure if I'll do it. So far there has only been a few cards released that I'm remotely curious into seeing played.

Yeah, I was musing about that too. But Shadow Visions-ing into an Inner Fire at least helps to solve the problem and gives you some additional consistency. I'm not saying it's necessarily going to be good enough. But it's enough to at least be curious. -

People usually only look at the upside of Spiteful, yes it's insane value to pull a Tyrantus on turn 6, even 7. But you can't play spells in your deck, and there is always the chance of drawing both U.I before turn 7 and get stuck with a 7 mana 4/4. I think this nerf will be good enough, it's already an easy match up against my big spells mage, now it'll be piece of cake.

I think you are underestimating the nerfs, they look weak on the surface, but on the big picture they make a big difference on the overall winrate of the most dominant decks.

Quest Rogue is not healthy for the game, it has more than 90% winrate against some control decks, that is not ok.

Very good nerfs.
Spiteful Summoner: Still strong, but 1 mana can make more difference than you think. That's one more turn for you to draw both Ultimate Infestation, one more turn for the opponent to draw an answer, hurts the mana curve a bit because it was the only 6 drop.
Dark Pact: Since they nerfed Possessed Lackey, I think it's ok to keep it as 1 mana, also doesn't hurt Skulking Geist.
Call to Arms: Still strong, too bad it hurts even pally... But I don't see how they could've nerfed differently, summoning 2 minions is too weak, costing 6 mana would also kill the card.
Crystal Core: It will still be really hard to win against it if you're control, but being able to Tank Up and Reckless Flurry or just Flamestrike is already a big improvement.
