It's hard to judge this card without seeing the rest of the set. Yes, it seems weak. Yes, it seems like a complete pack filler that is not worth anyone's times and yes, it may be a meme more than a card, but I think that without seeing the rest of the set it is just impossible to even determine this pile of shit is an actual pile of shit.

Honestly not sure this card will see any play. Looks like the Druid Quest all over again. The Deathrattle is the real issue here. If you dedicate 9 Mana to this one card, and it just gets silenced, your end-game plan is pretty much ruined. What made N'Zoth so strong was the immediate impact on the board as he was played, this is nothing like that at all.

Everyone hating on this without seeing the set in full. I imagine the use case for this is that all your other minions have crazy deathrattles that your opponent will never set off. Now you have a way to set them off yourself. Think of this as the Hunter [[Feign Death]] card that may have some downsides (you may lose some minions, but may summon more powerful ones)

Feign Death only triggered your deathrattles, it didn't actually kill the minions.

For the low price of wiping your entire board, you get +1/+1 over vanilla stats without effect! Seriously Blizz? This is how you start your reveal?

Are you really surprised? The last time we got the gem that is Verdant Longneck on announcement day.
Longbeard was a simplistic card required to introduce the Adapt mechanic to us. This is just hot garbage.

you do realise you don't actually have to open the pack they give you from tavern brawl right?

Of course, I do. But my fellow Hearthstone players aren't as intellectual as I am, and have fallen victim to Blizzard's evil plans.

I mean like... none of these are the same. Some don't even come close lol.

I saw the name and thought it was a brawl where you switch decks with your opponent.

Cool idea in concept, but I think would play out horribly in reality, since you can pretty much make decks with 0 Attack value, meaning the games would have to go to fatigue.

Certain decks perform well against most other decks, but are hard countered by certain archtypes, like you mentioned, Control Warrior. Allowing them to completely ban the deck they lose most to, instead of doing the proper thing to adjust their deck, is lazy.

    That's not how Quests work.

But that's just the implementation of the quest mechanic we've seen from Blizzard thus far though. I don't think it's out of the question for them to create triggers that don't generate cards by themselves, but rather are just activators for certain effects.
