4 mana, Deal 4 damage (3 answers, 2 with 1 change, one with 2 changes)
I just want to point out that any card that costs x mana and does y damage will suffice for the 2 changes, so anything from Arcane Shot to Pyroblast would work.
Regardless of that I know Fireball is one of the answers (1 change) and you probably meant Shadow Bolt and possibly Mortal Strike for the others (2 changes). Also worthy of mention are Flamecannon (4 changes - cost, random, enemy, minion) and Eviscerate (3 changes - cost, deal 2 damage, combo).

If no additional information is given about a specific aspect of the card (e.g. tribe, rarity or class), then changing that in any way usually doesn't count as a change. Unless that information was specifically given (e.g. tribe: murloc), then changing that would indeed be a change. The only exception I've found so far that everyone else follows is card type (minion -> weapon and vice versa).
Would you entertain us with a new riddle? Or does someone else want to?

I did not realize the amount of answers possible until I really went through all the possible answers (and it surprised me too). Purify is not one of the answers, as that would require 3 changes. Blessing of Wisdom is a really interesting one and I can definitely see the changes: 1) Replacing "silence" with "choose" and 2) Replacing "your opponent" with "whenever it attacks", which is somewhat farfetched, but it looks like it counts, since it can only be achieved through 1 step. In this case, replacing would not constitute removing+adding, as just removing alone doesn't provide a valid card.
The clause "Silence a minion" consists of two parts: "silence" and "a minion". Replacing either of them (e.g. "destroy" instead of "silence") is a valid step, thus a change, whereas removing one of them would leave you with "Silence" or "A minion" as the remaining card text. That is not valid, so it's not a change; removing the entire clause is valid though. A change is a valid step that ends in a valid result.
That said, I now realize my puzzle IS broken. For some reason, I thought there would a difference between Hunter's Mark/Humility (the two answers I had in mind) and a card like Blessing of Might or Hand of Protection, which affects a minion too and replaces the silence aspect with an effect that cannot be dissected from the perspective of adding it in its entirety. After all, you can't say "Change a minion's Attack" or just "Change a minion" (or "Give a minion Attack" when talking BoM). Those changes are exactly the same and the difference between Hunter's Mark and Humility only comes into play when either the Attack or Health were already integrated in the puzzle at the start, from where a change is actually needed.
Keeping such puzzles completely airtight has always been one of the harder parts of this thread which makes it interesting. But missteps always have lessons attached and if there's one thing to learn, it's that generic effects and alot of changes are discouraged just because they are very hard to completely seal off and make sure there are no loopholes.
Could you specify changes and answers? This one doesn't seem quite as airtight as the last one without them, but I think there are 4 answers for 2 changes:
I'm just another one of those. You know, those who do things. Things that need to be done by those that do these things in order to do those things that don't do these things themselves. Has the word 'things' lost meaning to you already?
for the second one: Blingtron i guess, which does not have the divine shield?
It appears like this is the answer, though it mechanically wouldn't be entirely correct. Remember, 5 mana 3/4 mech is also a possiblity, so removing+adding text (ergo "replacing") shouldn't be considered 1 change, because of it having 2 steps. But I can see why they thought of it this way.
next: 10 Mana 4/12 Spellpower +1
Since you didn't specify amount of answers or changes, I'm going to assume you meant 2 changes, since answer with 1 change don't exist right now (afaik).
Next: 1 mana Silence a minion. Your opponent draws a card. (2 changes, 6 answers)

Let's just install a rule where, if no number of answers/changes was given, you just go with the lowest number of changes possible (in this case 1) and find as many answers for that amount of changes only. So, both Mukla's count, War Golem doesn't. Otherwise literally everything would be an answer with enough changes.
*Sigh* Damn my weakness for sob stories getting me to actually use my account.
Answers:
Twisted Worgen (2 mana, (3)/1 Stealth) Or Patient Assassin (2 mana, 1/1 Stealth, (Destroy any minion damaged by this minion))
Next up, an easy one: 2 mana, 2/4 Taunt. (2 answers, 1 change each)
Lets see if we can get this thread back up again.
Type Card Name and insert card name instead of Card Name. Alternatively, use the card icon (second from right) in the bar on top of your comment when you're still writing it (that also allows you to bold text).

Replacing is 2 changes, because you have to remove one first before adding the other, while just removing is also a valid option. As long as there are valid positions inbetween steps, each of those steps is considered a change. Tags are changes too.
The reason why I consider Ironforge is because the Battlecry: Deal 1 damage is one clause that you can't edit from a no-text perspective. You can't add that in steps, it's just an all-or-nothing case, so it's 1 change, as is removing the divine shield, ergo: 2 changes.

Sorry TheHiddenNinja, this thread hasn't been very lively indeed, also due to my neglect a bit. I guess this thread doesn't really appeal anymore, it's often quite restrictive and confusing, and hard too might I add, especially for newer players. (Also, I won't be on much either since I'm actually on vacation)
On to the riddle, it's loothoarder along with bloodmage thalnos.

Flame Imp was already given, having 1 cost and 2 hp, but as for the other card, change the '3' to a '-8' to make it restore 8 health, and it costs 5. Antique Healbot Also, Earthen Ring Farseer counts if healbot does
The other two are the correct answer. I feel like -8 is two changes because it is changing amount and damage to healing. Bravo nonetheless.
Are you saying that healbot is wrong as it is 3 changes, yet farseer is right? healbot is cost (5->2) and amount dealt (3->-8) and farseer is targeting ('to your hero'->' ') and amount dealt (3->-3). Oh, wait, you're saying 'deal x damage' to 'restore x health' is 1 change.
That makes sense right? You're targeting the same number (if you look at a card), just switching the negative to a positive. Healbot has the same thing actually. Turning "deal 3 damage" into "restore 8 Health" changes the number as well, so 2 changes for that alone.
By the way, why are none of those cards gold, eh? :p

Dark Iron Dwarf 4/4/4 Give a minion +2 attack this turn
Shattered Sun Cleric 3/3/2 give a minion +1/+1
Windspeaker: 4/3/3 Give a friendly minion windfury
Temple Enforcer 6/6/6 give a minion +3 health.
I'll give you an easy one. 4 cost, 3/3 Set a minion's attack to 3.
I made to changes to yield two solutions.
Argent Protector, nice. Windspeaker and Temple Enforcer wouldn't work because they're both 4 changes (WS: Attack, Health, Windfury, Friendly; TE: cost, Health, +3, Health (instead of Attack in effect box (1 change would be +2 Health, because you swap Attack for Health, so making it +3 Health is 2 changes; 1 too many)). The same goes for Shattered Sun Cleric, because that is +1 Attack and +1 Health, changing the +2 Attack to +1 Attack is 1 change, adding the +1 Health is another. Why is it 2 changes? Because you can leave it at +1 Attack, or +2 Attack and +1 Health, that would constitue the first change. You can't change +2 Attack into +1/+1 as you would with Divine Shield or Windfury, because there are no options like that, you have to change it entirely, no halfway possibilities, unlike Temple and Cleric.
Next: 3 mana 3/3 Battlecry: Deal 3 damage to your hero (2 changes/2 Cards) (copy of Zack1501 top of page)
EDIT: Sorry didn't see 2 solutions. Also, it appears Argent Protector doesn't work either, as he says 'friendly minion'. Of those options, only Dark Iron Dwarf is right, the rest is all 4 changes. Sorry man :/
EDIT2: Temple Enforcer is actually 5 changes, because he says 'friendly minion' too.

How many changes is it to get from a minion to a spell? 2? (remove attack, remove hp)
One, I suppose, since you can't remove the one without removing the other as well. Triggers would need to be removed as well (so words like Battlecry, Inspire and At the end your turn). I'm trying to find spells that don't work instantly and other than secrets only Corruption would be the exception I suppose.
In that case, we have a 4 mana "Give a minion +2 Attack", so Blessing of Might should work, as would Cold Blood... as would Inner Rage. Dunno how I feel about that.

Shrinkmeister doesn't count as it changes cost, attack and the effect twice ('-' and 'this turn').
Stormpike Commando is debatable, but I don't think it counts. You can reword 'Give attack' to 'Raise the lower left number by X' and 'Deal damage' to 'Lower the lower right number by X' and that is two changes: raise to lower, left to right number.
The others count though.
Also, Flame Imp is one of the answers to the other riddle, can't think of the other.
