BGH, while a necessary evil it limits card diversity and design space. To have such a hard cut off as 7 attack is bad design as a way to remove large minions. To have a situation where a 6/7 body is better than a 7/7 body is dumb.
I'd add "to a minion" to the text of 8-10 damage spells. So since this is about removing, removing the ability to just spam face. Build a board, use the damage spells for removal, and earn the face damage. Leave a couple of smaller ones, but that's all.
For a single card, Leper Gnome. There's no point to it except to start cancer. At least Abusive Sergeant can pop eggs.

I think they should remove the "sky's-the-limit" on armor. Seriously, how much armor can a Warrior wear before he slows down and his attacks are impaired? You want 20 armor? Fine. You weapon costs 2 durability or it has chance to miss or it loses 1/2 damage.
I think Ironbeak Owl and Spellbreaker. I'd probably let classes have class specific silence.
Why: In Hearthstone you can't declare defenders. So, you have to rely on Taunts. A pretty poor substitute if you ask me. But, then you further weaken that with silence. May as well not even have taunts. Silence is one of the least fun mechanics in the game honestly.
I can see why they are in the game, but, I think they should at least make the neutral ones cost a little more so they aren't so damn efficient/easy to include. Up the cost of Owl and Spellbreaker by one and they become more of a tech option.
Piloted Shredder is simply a no brainer. It's completely ruined the design space for 4 drops in the game. Challenger is bad, but without Shredder the class would need to be a bit more creative same with combo Druid and other classes.
Kezan mystic, I feel like it's way too powerful against mages and is frankly an unfair card, any scrub can win against a mage just by playing this card, which isn't how tech cards should work. If blizz wants to remove mad scientist too that's fine.

It doesn't have to be, if there was a card that said "if you play against a shaman, flip a coin, heads you win the game" it might not be played, but it'd still be a stupid card.
If we are talking anything than the entire ladder system. The grindy, pointless, system they have right now is freaking mental.
If we are talking cards than Flame Leviathan. I stand by the fact that there isn't a nerf deserving card in the game right now.

The existence of this card makes me so mad. Almost every other card in the game good or bad, has there uses and places they can be good. Hell, even stuff like Geblin has its moments. It's just a war golem with a downside that is sometimes ok for you. But wait, it has a mech tag. Ooooooooo-no, NO, I hate this card.

I returned to this game much like how a recovering alcoholic can relapse.
I think the game is pretty much balanced. It's a little agro focused, but a lot of that is due to impatience of the player base. I would simply remove the cards that are too far above the power curve: Mad Scientist and Piloted Shredder.
Oh, and make Savage Roar cost 5 mana, because **** Druid.

I wouldnt remove, but i would change charge so it would function like Icehowl, in that all chargers lose the ability to go face.
More balanced gameplay, more in game depth than just stupid rushing decks. Maybe even separate those 2
