Easy answer, any Paladin deck, any Mage control deck running duplicates, any Priest deck running entombs/mind control. The whole thing about beating Warrior is playing more threats then they can comfortably remove since their bread and butter is removing all your stuff.
face shaman with doomhammer and troggs doesn't destroy them all the time but I got a 75% win rate with it playing against control warrior. They have trouble with the totem golem in the early game and since face shaman has few minions their removal spells are pretty worthless. If you can use the new legendary Sir Finley to get an agro hero power like hunter or mage or even warlock card draw they will have a very hard time keeping up.
Honestly aggro Shaman is pretty good I'm 6-0 against Control warrior. I don't know why control decks call themselves control sometimes, they are supposed to be really good against aggro but it is usually the midrange decks that suffer their wrath. Of course paladin is paladin and can pretty much beat anything.
I use a Controlly Inspire Shaman that does well against Control/Fatigue Warrior. Forcing them to use weapon charges, removal cards, and Brawls on boards of mostly-totems saps them of so much value. The expectation/fear of more tempo-based Shaman decks helps, too; a lot of the Warriors I've faced have spent prime removal like Execute/Shield Slam on Totem Golem out of concern of the board getting out of hand.

Yeah Paladin is pretty darn annoying, I think the hardest counters are Freeze Mage, Dragon Priest and Rogue, Druid can do well too.
if you really want to make m cry you should go dreadsteed :P theyll have nightmares after that
I would enjoy the tears, don't get me wrong, but I can't stand playing Warlock (least played class) kind of ironic though, the first time I got Legend was with Handlock.

Aggro beats midrange. Midrange best control. Control beats agrro. NEver ending cycle of life?

Except facehunter, aggro which crushes aggro. The neverending joker of the meta cycle ;)
Midrange hunter
Combo druid... lose only by misplays and when not focused
Basically almost all mid-range type deck crushed CW, except maybe Mid-range Hunter is even

Pretty much any midrange deck. Midrange Hunter and midrange paladin in particular

Currently, some control warrior decks are teching in cards and for them to do so, we see lesser bashes, slams and shield blocks...

My mech/raptor rogue hybrid in my signature has been doing well against warriors.
Midrange dreadsteeds have so far never lost to CW this season. You just have to take an aggressive line and give them sub-optimal brawls.
Also mill rogue is really good.
Secret pally is by far the strongest deck against CW, mid-range pally and aggro shamans are tough as well. Combo druid can be painful.
Cheap and solid counter is mid-range hunter.
Cw isn't even that good right now.
