What's the difference between secretly wishing it and telling you that he wishes it? Toughen up, princess.
What's the difference between someone secretly wishing to rape your anus and actually attempting it? Toughen up, princess.
Other than the fact that raping is a crime and wishing that someone is dead isn't?
Cyber-aggression constitutes a criminal act and there are penalties, do your homework before you embarass yourself.
You are an asshole.
Called the cops yet?
Was that a valid logical argument or did you just fart?
Hah, u verbally abused me!!! U r so dead now! I'm calling the cops!! Should've read about how cyber-aggression constitutes a criminal act and has penalties, too bad for u!
Problem with the suggested "Just never accept" logic is that you are potentially missing out on some really nice people.
I have most of my B.net friends from playing Hearthstone and I've actually ran into some really decent, out-of-the-box deckbuilders that just want to play the game and have fun.
If I started turning down all of the friend invites, I might as well stop playing "Play" mode altogether, I'll just do the adventures and class challenges...
This game is getting more toxic by the minute. I am used to the ropers and the emo-spam, but I just finished a match vs this guy that added me specifically to wish me to die from cancer and whatnot. That is NOT cool, okay? I am getting really offended by such crap, I have really bad experience with terminal disease and I really want to report his ass, what if he types that to a kid that's parents died from cancer!?
Just bitchin, sorry about that, nevermind.
Creating threads like this just encourages more people to do it. Now they know it offends people and really gets under their skin, so they'll do it when they lose to "get back" at the opponent. Also, I'm sorry for your struggles with health but you must realize that telling someone to die of cancer has been the go to insult on the internet for the last 20 years, try not to be so easily offended. Yeah cancer sucks and kills a lot of people, but that doesn't mean we can't joke about it.

That's why you should always allow strangers to enter your house, any time of the day. U never know that u might missed out on some potentially really nice people.

Alright, there is nothing that can be done about this incident. All I can do is advise that you do not accept friend requests from everyone. It is better to be cautious about who you add.
So, even a run-down Belorussian company with one of the worst supports ever (Wargaming, creators of World of Tanks) can make a working complaint system, but one of the giants in the industry (Blizzard) cannot even make unfriending people not vanishing from your contact list.
It's just a matter of principle, Hearthstone is F2P and rated what, PG13 in the US? Or even lower?
At least they still know they offer better support than Steam does :-/
Blizzard has one of the worst customers support i have ever met. By far. They're freaking horrible.
OP you're really best off just laughing at those hate requests. Personally I accept them all just to get a kick out of a guy who's so salty that people may be better than him in a video game.
Also, anyone comparing mean words on a video game to something horrifically traumatic like rape needs to get their heads checked immediately.

At least they respond decently fast and are polite. Steam support is way worse :D
Yes it is. Paying customers should be able to have a pleasant, undisturbed experience for the money they payed. It's not ranting, it's a discussion on possible means to eliminate the distress factors.
Oh my, poor, poor paying customers, internet not being a happy place? Aaww.

When you dump something down the toilet it disappears while still existing in the sewers. Welcome to Wild mode, "it's not like they took our cards away".
I think it's just a poor attempt at a joke calling you out for playing a cancer deck. Don't take things personally, people just feel invincible when they get behind a keyboard sometimes.
Its a shame that there are these idiot wastes of life out there. Being an arena player mostly i add people all the time to say how insane their deck was. People get so butt hurt over stupid aspects of the game that will never change. Aggro decks are a great example of this, they get so much hate but its PART OF THE GAME. Addapt, create decks around them.
I'm sorry to hear that someone insulted you like that. Nonetheless, it's the internet, and people will be assholes so we've just gotta learn to deal with it. Don't take what he said too seriously, just block him and move on with your life knowing you're a better person than he can ever hope to be. :)
Just got something from some guy called Vander. Nott in English and then when I asked for a translation he called me an idiot before declining me as friend.
Needless to say, I cried for half an hour.
I played warlock as well. He only lost because he didn't go to face.
You just cannot make friends playing Hearthstone ladder.
I actually did. I add some people playing interesting decks or people add me for the same exact reason. Well, if you're playing face hunter then you most likely would be hated for sure.

Just dont give a sh*t about it, and feed with the enemy tears, now your are Happy :D
Next time u see your enemy say something rude, just say tank your, for the tears ;D
I love these ragers, because messing with them is even better than winning the game. I accept every single request ^^
some of them are fucking hilarious

Here is what I like to do with rage invite players:
1: Decline invite
2: If the same invite pops up again seconds later, then they are a rager.
3: Wait about 15 minutes
4: Accept invite
5: send a message saying "hey?"
6: Be amused that they don't remember who you are or how you got on their friends list - then you can be buddies with them!
