When I meet an annoying player (annoying FOR me ok?) if my way dealing with it comes through as toxic (to him) then I certainly hit a nerve... I may be wrong but seems like I hit your nerve as well?
Didn't bother really reading because it sounded pretty baby'ish that someone could find a person playing a game that can't even communicate with them as annoying. I also scanned and saw the complaint about people continuing to play when they are beat. I've ranked up countless amounts of times so I just mostly try to get the achievements, the one's where you have to get lethal with certain cards are some of the most difficult because the majority of people just quit when they're beat. Guess everyone has different goals, also, not everyone was raised to be a quitter.
Wow! so annoyance is exclusively tied to time. Well it's not because that's what you think that it's the universal truth. Also I never said it's an issue ( again that's your view, not the rest of the world). It's never and issue when you can handle it. I just said what I do when I face an annoying player. I admit the annoyance is totally subjective and the things that annoy me wouldn't affect others. I clearly said it in my post and yet...AGAIN I remind you the topic is what kind of player annoys you and what do you do to handle it. I do it in any way I want and I asked in OP what do you do if you have a similar experience. If you don't, fine no need to be judgemental in a pejorative way. That's it. If in your case, you are not annoyed and think this is just a waste of time, you have the right to say it here, but be humble cause it's your view, not....etc etc...ok? some may agree with you and some may agree with me.
No, annoyances are not only tied to time - but that is what you started your thread with:
The roper doesn’t end their turn, but let’s it run out. Wasting time. The trumper doesn’t concede and continues to play cards instead. Wasting time. The faker also doesn’t concede and plays their cards, hoping for a win. Wasting time.
See a pattern here? Yep, seems like YOU are annoyed by people wasting YOUR time.
… and then YOUR solution to that is wasting even more of YOUR time to show them? But you claim that wasting time isn’t an issue. If it isn’t, then why are you annoyed when it happens?
Also as it was pointed out multiple times, your initial assessment of these types of players doesn’t cover all situations. The trumper or faker might not sit there gleefully with the goal of annoying you by playing their cards. The roper might have some other important thing going on that causes them to rope.
There are annoying instances where they play something, then rope and spam emotes, but that’s what squelching is for. Also roping them back, if you want. But I think that you shouldn’t be so negative. It’s a game, have fun.
If someone has checkmate against me I will often times dump my hand before conceding to either show them what I was holding or to progress a daily quest like playing 'x' spells or something.
I think you massively over think this. I suspect there are a large number of players who take this game far, far too seriously and would do well to get some fresh air once in a while. Maybe get out into the real world and gain some perspective.
The people you are against probably don't care that you take your little 'victory' and rope back etc, they are likely doing other things. I often watch TV, cook, read etc while I'm playing. If I take too long and the person ropes the rest of the game, they are literally just wasting more of their time. I don't care one bit, it isn't 'payback', I just carry on watching my film or continue cooking.
Seems like a lot of angry little basement dwellers play this game.
I guess I'm a bit of Trumper and maybe a Faker by accident. I just enjoy playing cards/spending mana as much as I could, and I think I deserve this if they still have more satisfaction because they won anyway. I however don't concede, unless opponent don't kill me when he could on his turn, because I prefer myself when I can kill my opponent rather than when they concede.

Yes, but you haven't said why they annoy you, that's why you're getting the responses you are. Great troll post though, unless you are being serious, then I have no clue. If time isn't a factor, and someone uses their whole turn, seems like there would be no issue from your perspective.
Earlier today, I started a game and this weird glitch happened where upon starting a game, the coin was stuck on the screen and I couldn't interact with my cards. My opponent looks like they were checking their hand because I could see them moving... not sure what happened, but I realized I should probably close the game and reconnect.
So I did... and then the rope was burning, my turn was almost up. I played my first card and the turn ended on its own.
Probably looked like I was intentionally roping my opponent, but it was not the case. Had they proceeded to rope me every turn after that, thinking I was a "roper" both of us would have had an annoying game.

Don't do that, please.
As for the other two, they're just playing the game and there is nothing wrong with that. Your own perception of their behaviour makes you upset, so you need to change your perspective and not let it annoy you.
You might get upset with the driver that just sped past you and cut you off, but what you might not know is they could be rushing their hurt passenger to the nearest hospital. With perspective, you might find some sympathy and not be annoyed anymore. Since you can't see your opponent in Hearthstone, you can use your imagination. Be kind to them.

That's the spirit, hope meet in ranked HS one day. I'll be annoyed and I'll handle it in a toxic way of course. Gonna be fun!

Never said Trumpers were a problem just annoying. Agree with you for fakers I said it in my post.

The idea that you need to "handle" everything that annoys you is pretty immature.
The only thing you can "handle" is your own tendency to overreact to your opponent's behavior, whatever that may be.

Just concentrate on your game. It is all that matters and it is all you have control to.

The Trumper is the one who actually wants to complete quests, No need to bitch about it.
