I'm not sure, maybe it's me, but I think the current meta is one of the worst. 8 out of 10 games are over in the first 4/5 rounds. I feel like I only play against aggro decks. They had a huge chance with the rotating cards and the new coreset.
Maybe it's just me... I just don't like stupid aggro decks where it doesn't matter what I play.
It used to have something to do with tactics...
If anyone has a good Hearthstone alternative for me, always welcome!
There are several decks that utterly destroy aggro -- Control/Heal Priest, for example. It won't be much good once you get out of your aggro pocket meta and start seeing more of the midrange Paladins, but maybe it's worth trying for now.

Its probably you, you got used on backseat gaming, maybe you liked playing warrior where you wouldnt get punished regardless of all of the misplays you made or reno mage where you played your topdecks and perfectly curving 77% of the time. Or maybe you got used on BBrodes generated by LUL cards with zero punish and highrolling or 0 mana hero power that generates over 30 dmg from a single hand of cards.
Idk maybe its just you, somebody might suggest you some ultraskilled overthetop hard as steel big brain "control" decks like priest decks (OMEGALUL), which might activate the last two braincells youve left and bounce you back into this game PogChampionship

Theres something im not agree with you, the problem is not the game, the problem are the players, just like in most of actual games, theres a huge amount of players whos only motivation is to win quickly and eaaaaaaaaasy, just give me an autoplay aggro deck were i only have to play cards in "green" and throw burst to enemy face, no thinking = fun.

If the game facilitates this without any incentive to not do this, the problem is the game though.
I don't think its the WORST meta ever, but quite possibly one of the most boring of all time. Paladin is on a tier of its own shutting out alot of the other decks. Any control decks that want to experiment likely cant because of the presence of Jaraxxus and Tickatus. And I don't think any player enjoys losing to random discounted spells generated by Deck of Lunacy.
The meta seems largely "solved" and this makes for stale gameplay.
Aggro decks seems to be favored by rotations, simply due to the lack of control tools. We experienced the same during the last 3 rotations. This doesn't mean that there isn't a class or two, with a functioning control package, which pretty much becomes the only control class. Warrior was the man three rotations in a row. This time, priest and warlock seem better.
I still think that we have some good mid range options as well. Seems like the definition seems to have changed over time, so what we called mid range hunter in 2014 is now called face. Probably because control decks have slowed down with more value options. Rush warrior and mid range DH seems like some pretty solid decks at least.

Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.
Any control decks that want to experiment likely cant because of the presence of Jaraxxus and Tickatus.
Sure, and that's why Control Priest, which has terrible matchup against Warlock (almost unwinnable), is still considered viable meta deck and has much better overall win rates than Tick Lock?
Almost to 200 matches against the Tick and am trying desperately to maintain the 60% win rate, though even if I fall short by a percent or two, I think the point is clear.

Exactly, I rather face aggro than control, especially priest.

Remember when Face Hunter and Pirate Warior killed everyone on turn 5?

Definitely just you. So many decks that can beat aggro. This is FAR from one of the worst metas.
Blizzard has lost control, im 100% sure.
Paladin sitting on 69% percent winrate - S I X T Y N I N E -
Can't agree more.

What are you talking about?
Control Priest is borderline broken right now.
I rather face any aggro 30 times in a row than any hero power pass deck like control priest
Bye

Ditto for Silas Warrior
